I had an issue with an Amazon return and stopped by The UPS Store for help. From the moment I walked in, Mariyah was kind, friendly, and so professional. She immediately greeted me with a smile and handled my return with such ease, even though there were a few complications on my end.
What stood out most was how well she multitasked, assisting me thoroughly while also helping other customers in the store. She made sure no one had to wait long, and everyone felt acknowledged and taken care of.
Mariyah truly went above and beyond. It's rare to see someone manage a busy store with such grace, patience, and efficiency. I really appreciated her help and positive attitude, it made my day!
Thank you, Mariyah! You are a gem!

The entire staff is always so nice! I came in today with so many returns and Jocelyn was patient with me and extremely helpful and kind. This will always be my go to UPS store.

I go to this store from work in Collierville. This is not my favorite location. I went in yesterday and I made it to the counter and the young lady was working on a report. I sent off 2 packages. 1 already had it's packaging and the other one for whatever reason could not be shipped in the clear bag that it came. I had to go to another register just for them to charge me a $1.62 for a shipping bag. Now if I was at my regular store, I wouldn't of had to pay that. Once at the other register I have to give my phone number, etc. just to pay for this bag. I want be going back to this location ever again.

As soon as I step into the UPS store I am greeted by everyone standing behind the counter. All of the staff are kind, friendly, helpful and considerate. I drive extra miles to go to this location and it is worth it.
