No line, no wait at the Pharmacy tonight at 7:15p on a Wednesday night. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful. I’ll be back to this location!

Staff is rude and incompetent. I called to speak to a pharmacist concerning my prescription. The person who answered the phone kept stating he is not a "pharmacy tech" but just helping out in the pharmacy. When I asked to speak to a pharmacist, I was hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes. I was trying to find if an out of stock medication had come in because earlier in the week, on Tuesday I was told by a pharmacist it would be in on Thursday. I have have encountered rudeness from the staff at this location several times but today was the last straw.

I personally never have bad experiences here. I think this is one of the better ones in the city plus the staff is always so helptful. Thank ypu olivia for your kindness and helping me find a medication I couldn't locate. It makes it easier

Rude, non-verbal service behind the counter at the pharmacy, lazy workers, poor attitudes. This pharmacy is the worst one I've had to use. Nearly every worker at the register has a room temperature IQ.

This place is convenient to my routine, the employees are usually nice, the restrooms are relatively decent, and like most other drug stores, they are out of stock of some over-the-counter medications.

For the last 3 years I made the excuse it was lack of staffing. Now I'm not so sure. I think it's a combination of lack of staff as well as pretty bad customer service. This is a huge location for opportunity but seems Walgreens doesn't care. As others I will also be switching Pharmacies after trying for years to stay with this one. Honestly they should just shut this location down at this point it's so bad. Lines and wait times are minimum 20 minutes most of the time.

The retail part of the store is fine, they're helpful and quick. The pharmacy's service is abysmal, save one younger male employee who efficiently runs both lanes of the drive-thru. I stood at the pharmacy front counter for 10 minutes (usually use the drive thru, but I needed some stuff from the store too so I came inside). Instead of helping me pick up my one prescription (which would have taken less than a minute, I'm not one of those customers who takes forever to do basic tasks like get a simple prescription) the employee spent the whole time helping this entire family fill out their own personal information so they could get their COVID vaccines. A line piled up behind me that extended far into an aisle, and we never got acknowledged. I gave up, purchased my store items at the front (took 2 minutes), and went through the drive thru. Legend has it, the front counter pharmacy tech is still trying to help those people remember their address.

Went to pick up my prescription after being released from the hospital for nausea medicine. I got there and was told the prescription had not been filled because they didn’t have my insurance on file.. okay.. so no one called to ask for it?I was then told the insurance I gave them was incorrect so I told them I’ll go ahead and pay the $70 out of pocket. They then told me that they were closing in ten minutes and I can come back tomorrow.Really upsetting considering I’ve been in the hospital for two days and really needed this medicine. Will be transferring the prescription to Germantown pharmacy tomorrow.

Over the past 10 years, this has been my go to pharmacy for all my family's needs! George and Kim always took care of us on a personal level and sorted through all our insurance issues and more! Sadly, this store has lost both of the most valuable players- George being the pharmacy manager! As a result, we are experiencing new faces, extremely long hold/wait times and just plain poor customer service due to too many staffing issues. I sincerely hope Walgreens recognizes the many frustrations and gets a full time, dedicated pharmacist manager whom can work through this difficult time! This store is conveniently located for our family, but the many issues have to get resolved soon!

I made an appointment to get a Covid test on Sunday, December 26, 2021 for Wednesday, December 29, 2001 at 3:15. I received email confirmation of my appointment, arrived 30 minutes ahead of time and was at the window at exactly 315. I was told that there was nothing in the system for me showing an appointment although they are reading the email confirmation on my iPad. I asked so what am I supposed to do? You'll have to make another appointment. I said there are no appointments until well into next week, oh well I guess you know I didn't get my Covid test. I am beyond outraged and looking at The other reviews for the same location I can see why there was a major screwup.

The store itself is good. The store staff is friendly and they always have a good selection. My issue is with the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is mostly rude and so slow. My goodness, they are slow. Switching to a local pharmacy.
