In this store they scammed me, they charged me $31 dollars for a purchase of $11 dollars. It's not fair that you have employees who deceive you. I'm not a millionaire to have my money stolen like that.

I changed my prescriptions to the Walgreens at Wolf River this year. It has been a great experience- the staff have been extremely pleasant and helpful. For me, it has been well worth dealing the construction at the intersection..

I have no respect for the employees that work at the pharmacy of any Walgreens. They have no respect for anybody’s time and they are in no hurry to help anyone. I was on hold waiting to confirm the availability of a medication for my child for 20 minutes and got so frustrated I hung up and called back. The recording said they had temporarily closed, so I wasted 20 minutes on hold while they went home and didn’t bother notifying me and just let me sit on hold until I would hang up or let my phone battery die. I hope they don’t ever need my help- I’m likely to keep on driving.

Thank you to the incredible pharmacist, Kevin! I was traveling out of town and became sick. Due to my allergies and sensitivities, I needed his help in researching the prescriptions that were ordered from an urgent care clinic. He took the time to look them up and call me back with the formulations. Wow! I have used Walgreens for over 30 years and this is the reason why...top notch pharmacists like Kevin!

This Walgreens is tidy and organized. It is in a good location for both East Memphis and Germantown. In general, the majority of the male checkout workers seem willing to go the extra mile (eg., helping you to take items to your car), while some of the female checkout workers seem too bored to be bothered much. ALL the pharmacy workers are helpful.

Went there today and couldnt even shop in peace i felt like i was being watched they didn’t even try to make it unnoticeable that they thought i was stealing . Its 2023 come on you cant judge a book by its cover oh and i was also with my children . very disappointed

I always enjoy shopping at Walgreens over Walmart. One the store is much smaller and easier to get around in. Being a little older now, I'm 65, another great thing is the restrooms are always available and clean enough for anyone to useI'm originally from Chicago, Illinois and I've had the pleasure of being associated with Walgreens for quite some time. Thank You Walgreens for supplying me with my medicines, all the products I may need from time to time and for always greeting me when I come into the store & thanking me for shopping with Walgreens when I leave.

Knowledgeable Pharmacists that like their job!! Very helpful! Best place we’ve found to get yearly flu shot. I haven’t tried curbside pickup yet, but feel with them that I can’t go wrong! Everyone in the store is friendly & willing to help find what you are looking for?
