“This is my second time using Reagan’s for muffler needs. First time he put flow masters on the 94 S-10 Chevy blazer for me and I got tons of compliments on the sound for the life of that vehicle. I had been desperately seeking an o-ring ( for days) for my wife's lower radiator hose on her Ford Expedition so she would be able to get to work on 7-7 after I replaced her radiator. Dealership, AutoZone, O'Reilly's and even online. Zero help. All they wanted to sell me was the $90 hose stating the o-ring was not available by itself. So being old school my head said go back to basics, the original true parts store.
Sure enough I took my old o-ring to them and the young gentleman on the far right station came back with exactly what I needed in less than 2 minutes! Very polite and helpful doesn't cover it. He saved the day! Wife is back up and running and saved my wallet $90. 100% great experience and service! Y'all definitely have a new customer! Thank you!”

When I was waiting in the lobby, every employee that walked through greeted me and asked if I was being helped. The paint is spot-on and the margins exactly as before the damage as you can see from the pics. It didn't hurt at all that Enterprise has rental vehicles at the Precision location. “After searching all the "best" places (5) in Jackson for an uncommon hydraulic hose and told "we don't have the right fittings", I took advice from HCI and tried NAPA Humboldt. Walked in with the hoses and when asked "can I help you", I said "I hope so but probably not". Scott then asked "wanna bet". Showed him the lines and within 10 minutes he had the new ones made with the right fittings. Even told me that he could have managed to use the old fittings to make new lines if he had to. I was about to panic b/c I had about 40 acres of hay on the ground and a baler with a busted line which was no longer available as a part. Was able to get the lines on and finished up the hay. They definitely saved my day. Will go out of my way to do business with them in the future. Thanks again guys”

The store is not located at the junction of the 45 bypass and the main Milan road. In fact, there is nothing there except road and brush.
The store is located on the east side of 45, opposite Food Rite. The number in the address on Google is correct.
I've given this one star for Google.
The store is good and usually well stocked with helpful staff.

“I come here to get my oil changed. It's just $35 and takes about 30 minutes. It's only that long because honestly it's not that many workers here. I only remember seeing like 2 females and like 3 males but they switch out to where its really just 2 people on the floor. I think if were more hands-on deck, it would be quicker. But they always do a PERFECT job. When you come here, you'd just simply have to have a little patience. You can shop around a little and they send a message to your phone to let you know your car is done. Very neat! ?”
