“They have always been kind & professional. From when we went in there to get our kids passport pictures taken, to holiday deliveries, to helping handle Memphis post office issues, to helping mail out some items, to dropping off our mail all the way to our doorstep (when I was pregnant and couldn’t walk too far), & today leaving our mail up front until we get our driveway fixed (hopefully very soon ??). Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. So appreciate you all.”

“Great Service! Ive been in line at several post offices in Jackson, TN and I would rather drive from Jackson to the Medina office any day. The North Jackson offices are rude and the line is extremely long. The folks at the Medina Post Office are professional, extremely helpful, and nice.”

“They were very helpful and understanding, this was my third time for personal reasons trying to get my baby a passport. I did not complete the form and they were able to give me some time to get that done and also took the picture of my 2 months old baby girl.
The office is clean and nice staff, although I wish the person in charge can get them some A/C, it was very warm for a 75 degree weather and high humidity. The fan they have was not enough.”
