About Hometown Health Clinic - Gleason
Our Gleason site of service is located at 105 North Cedar Street, in the heart of Tater Town across from the post office. The health clinic serves the rural communities surrounding the town of Gleason. We accept Walk-ins at ALL Hometown Locations. All of our satellite locations are electronically connected to the main campus. Patients can be seen and access their medical records no matter the location they choose as their medical home.

Ms Paula at the front is always so kind and my kids love her! Nurse Kristy and Nurse Tommie sue are always so sweet and efficient! And Doctor Tanya Jackson is definitely a worthwhile doc! So thankful for this team! If you ever need to be seen for a checkup I highly recommend the team at Gleaosn clinic

I lived in this town for many years. The doctor and staff are very personable and really cares about their patients... but I most certainly miss Dr. JC Carey..
