Great physical therapists (the 2 girls who actually treated me) but I am giving 1 star as the billing department is grossly incompetent and impossible to get a hold of. I was billed over $400 for 1 session with a male therapist I have never seen. I went to the local location and was told I was accidently billed for a seeing a therapist (out of network) who signed the treatment notes for the actual PT who treated me. They could not fix it. I called the billing office and waited an hour and then the call disconnected. I called back and left a message asking fora call back. The person called while I was at work - said sorry I missed you - call the main number. Which of course is the number they don't answer. This is worse than dealing with notoriously awful Comcast with poor customer service. I recommend avoiding BenchMark unless they fix their billing dept. I did call my insurance Co and let them know I was not treated by the person benchmark billed me for. Makes you wonder if Benchmark is trying to rip off consumers who don't check their bills and eobs. This kind of error should never happen.

I worked with Megan after several months of IT band pain from running. After only 1 session and a week of exercises I was running again pain free. We also worked on a hip strengthening routine to keep the issue from happening again. I highly recommend Benchmark to any runners or athletes who want to recover from or prevent injuries!

This is an awesome place for anyone who is in need of physical therapy. They take most if not all insurance which is a bonus, but the staff is AMAZING! Tammy is one of my favorites. She is very focus, witty, professional, and purchases all the candy. She knows that this candy man loves candy. Lol. Madeline works with my elderly mother. She is so encouraging, patient, and very skilled. She is one of my favorites. She has helped my mother in a short period of time improve tremendously. Yet, my mother has a sometime to go, but the improvement is such a blessing. I would recommend this place to anyone who serious about wanting to get better and getting AMAZING RESULTS! They treat you with the upmost respect here. There is no other place I would want her to go besides BenchMark Physical Therapy. Words aren't enough to express how grateful we are for this place. On scale 1 to 10, we give them a 1000.

This was my second time using Benchmark in Goodlettsville for surgery recovery. They were definitely the right choice both times. Tammy (front desk) is friendly, patient, and helpful. And Megan (PT) helped me get my strength back. She is so knowledgeable and great to work with. I always felt comfortable and like I was progressing after each visit. I am a mom of three young children and everyday tasks felt impossible a few months ago. Now I feel like I'm back to normal and stronger than I have been in years.

Tammy greets you with such genuine sunshine. The staff is just wonderful. You visit like family all the while you are rehabbing. They are thorough in checking your progress during your visits. I told them I would surely miss them but I would come by and visit. I highly recommend this location.

The entire team was great. Shelby a PT student, assisted in my therapy and will be a great PT. They all are assets to Benchmark. It was a good experience.

Everyone is amazing here! In six weeks I went from unable to stand straight to walking without any pain. Highly recommend. While I don't want to have to go back, I won't hesitate to make another appointment if I ever need to again!

I love it here! I couldn't get off the floor when I started, now I can do that and more. No fancy machines, pure 1 on 1 therapy. Highly recommended

Ian, Tammy, and Megan were a great group of people to work with! Ian pushed me when I needed to be pushed and knew when not to push so hard. I would recommend them to everyone!!

I went into Benchmark with stiffness in my legs and feet. After working with Ian my walk improved and was able to shorten the use of my cane. I would happily refer Benchmark. The staff is friendly as well.

The entire staff at BenchMark is fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I've gone to BenchMark after both of my hip replacement surgeries and Ian has done wonders helping me to get my strength back and walking again. They genuinely care about your progress and goals and help you to achieve them. If you're looking for a place to do your physical therapy, then look no further. I can't recommend them enough.

The staff is wonderful here. All very welcoming and make each appointment enjoyable. I went to see them for lower back pain and mobility issues and Megan helped ensure I could get back to my daily routines without pain. Couldn't be more thankful and would highly recommend her and Ian to anyone!

After months of putting off a knee replacement surgery my husband finally had it done followed by physical therapy here at BenchMark couldn’t ask for a more friendlier ,patient , understanding and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for your help and support during our rough time .

Everyone at the Longhollow site was great and absolutely the best at the craft! They we warm, friendly and caring. We even had some great conversations especially about food.I highly recommend them!
