CWC Logistics is located in an industrial complex. Deliveries require calling a contact phone number upon arrival. Callers must provide a 5-digit appointment number, which is different from other delivery information. If the line is busy, the call may hang up. The staff will then assign a dock. There are multiple docks, including one on a hill. The dock on the hill, such as Dock 15, is fine for a single truck but becomes tight if another is present. Backing into it can be difficult, sometimes requiring a blind side. The forklift operators, however, are noted as being super nice, respectful, and very fast, often completing unloading in about 20 minutes. Overnight parking is available but limited. Parking is possible throughout the complex, on the wide road leading to the address, or in lots, though spaces are not clearly marked by business. Parking half a mile before the destination on the street is also suggested. There are no bathroom facilities. The process after unloading includes receiving a signed bill of lading, and sometimes the truck's license plate number may be recorded.

My appointment was 07:00am ,when I call the number to check in the lady at the receiving she told my was 9:00am it was really very disappointing to me ,the lady talk to me literally rude and disrespectful

Appointment at 09:00am. You have to call the number that appears on the building for check in and they will ask 5 number of appt number.

Check out by 9:35am
No Restroom for Driver.
You can find a spot for overnight parking on the Street before entering the building!👌
