Guitar Center. People may love to hate it, but the Rivergate location delivers where many others don’t: service.
I purchased a used pedal from GC online, but couldn’t get it working. The staff was super helpful in troubleshooting, testing and then finally resolving the issue!
I’d thank someone by name, but I think the whole team helped me by the time I was all done. Props to you all 🙌 and thanks for getting me dialed.

Today was a great day at guitar center. I went in for the Labor Day weekend sale and I met Dylan a teacher gives lessons at guitar center. He took me over to the microphone selection. He helped me pick up a beautiful microphone that was a demo model. I basically stole it at that price and then I met Andy sales manager you really need to get down to guitar center for Labor Day they are giving away the whole store? No seriously great people great service I got a hell of a deal today. Thank you so much guitar center. I really needed a deal this weekend and you came through for me. Thank you so much Dylan and Andy!!!!
