“Ashley is a god sent! I had the worst experience with someone from the call center who is evidently from Florida that did nothing but cause me problems in regards to our home owner's policy. I called this morning and she was so helpful and understanding. I caught them as soon as they got in today and she was extremely happy to help, i asked to make sure she would be in charge of my policy from now on and it looks like we will be able to do that! Everything has been worked out and i have a way better agent now! I can't wait to work with her in the future. I have been with AAA since 2015 an left in 2022 since our new house needed to have a new roof installed and as soon as we did that we switched back to AAA but we were having a terrible experience. So happy i chose to call the local branch instead of customer service! Happy customer”

“I called Mr. Hale's office for assistance with the purchase of a car. MS Sharee Smith answered my questions and was able to assist. We determined that some of the information I needed was missing but she told me she would be in the office until 5. I called the dealership and got someone in sales customer service to put in the correct information and email it to me. I called Ms Smith back and she proceeded to input the correct information. She also emailed the corrected information to my credit union as well as to me. She was very calm, professional and most of all patient. She walked me through all she was doing and why, and assured me that everything I needed from that office would be in the funder's office first thing in the morning.”
