Out of all the Kroger's in the area, this location is my absolute go-to! I am here multiple times per week and maybe even twice on Sunday. This location is one of the larger stores that features all the specialty areas from meat counter, bakery, cheese island and of course a Starbucks! While the inside stations are great, this store also features two fuel center stations! Stock is always on point here, and it is a rarity that I leave without something I was after. You have to time your produce visits just right, as it can get down to the "meh" stock on the weekends. Service is always friendly and helpful in the aisles and at the registers. They usually have a few full service lanes open, and most of the time they have both portions of self-check open and staffed. Only complaint about this location is the cart situation. The parking lot is normally overflowing with carts, so make sure you grab one on the way in to ensure you have one. Overall, this is my Kroger and I will certainly be back time and time again!

I love this Kroger. In my opinion it's one of the best in Nashville. I love the management team as well. Always friendly and helpful. If something happens outside of their control, they always make it right. And 8.5 times out of 10 the staff is always nice.

While this Kroger is better than most that I've been to in the Nashville area, the checkout lines always seem to take so long! But if you have few items and can do self checkout, it might be a perfect shipping experience. This store frequently seems very well stocked, there's a Starbucks inside that is quick and delicious, I've used the little clinic in the store for some minor cold symptoms in the past and it was fast, the store is organized and clean, and my son loves riding in the shopping cart with the car attached (and the ones available here are pretty well maintained compared to some of the other stores). For some reason I feel like there are not as many cart corrals in the parking lot here though so returning your cart can be a headache depending on where you park, so maybe just try to plan for that when you first arrive.

Ordered pick up for 430. The app said it was ready. Show up and told to come back in an hour and it will be ready. Showed up 2 hours later and it’s not ready and told to come back again at 9pm. Canceled order that they already charged me for but they couldn’t tell me when my refund would be processed. Kroger here is some advice, stop taking orders you can’t fill and don’t take money for orders you don’t fill!

CAUTION! On 4th of July weekend they charged me for a $50 item and wouldn’t refund my item. They could have easily seen the item with the security cameras but refused to look!

With the gas station attached and the Starbucks inside the property, this particular Kroger location is seeking to challenge a store like Super Walmart. Well they don't have clothes and other items, they do have some kitchenware in here, as well There were some decent deals in here and service was rather good. All in all, I would recommend coming here. The only thing I found a bit strange was that it was set back a little from a main road. Possibly not the smartest location.

Pharmacy's service is the worse. I signed up for their membership and I regret it. They have messed up my prescription more than one and it takes at least 30 minutes to pick up my medicine either through drive thru or inside the store. Worse pharmacy ever! My family does not recommended.

Saw an employee not wearing a mask tonight. Along with another employee wearing one below their nose and mouth, what’s the point ? Many other morons not even wearing a mask even though it states to not even enter if you’re not wearing a mask.

great staff, the store always clean and stocked up with what you need , and due to the covid- 19 the staff there is very caution with wearing their mask and sanitizing everything down and mark to stand for social distancing at the check out line

My wife and I went to Kroger this morning to pick up a few groceries. Since we're seniors, we arrived about 6:50 a.m., knowing that the store hours for seniors ( people 60 years old or older ) are specifically from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. There we're multiple people younger than 60 years old inside the store. Obviously, Kroger is NOT enforcing their senior policy in regard to what they are advertising on television. So much for their concern about senior safety. I guess that is a policy that sounds good to the public. However, Kroger is just like most all businesses....it's all about the money.
