Card reader only works with tap... Frustrating to even read card reader. Warning-Cord is short for van/suv.

Out of all the Kroger's in the area, this location is my absolute go-to! I am here multiple times per week and maybe even twice on Sunday. This location is one of the larger stores that features all the specialty areas from meat counter, bakery, cheese island and of course a Starbucks! While the inside stations are great, this store also features two fuel center stations! Stock is always on point here, and it is a rarity that I leave without something I was after. You have to time your produce visits just right, as it can get down to the "meh" stock on the weekends. Service is always friendly and helpful in the aisles and at the registers. They usually have a few full service lanes open, and most of the time they have both portions of self-check open and staffed. Only complaint about this location is the cart situation. The parking lot is normally overflowing with carts, so make sure you grab one on the way in to ensure you have one. Overall, this is my Kroger and I will certainly be back time and time again!

I love this Kroger. In my opinion it's one of the best in Nashville. I love the management team as well. Always friendly and helpful. If something happens outside of their control, they always make it right. And 8.5 times out of 10 the staff is always nice.

While this Kroger is better than most that I've been to in the Nashville area, the checkout lines always seem to take so long! But if you have few items and can do self checkout, it might be a perfect shipping experience. This store frequently seems very well stocked, there's a Starbucks inside that is quick and delicious, I've used the little clinic in the store for some minor cold symptoms in the past and it was fast, the store is organized and clean, and my son loves riding in the shopping cart with the car attached (and the ones available here are pretty well maintained compared to some of the other stores). For some reason I feel like there are not as many cart corrals in the parking lot here though so returning your cart can be a headache depending on where you park, so maybe just try to plan for that when you first arrive.

With the gas station attached and the Starbucks inside the property, this particular Kroger location is seeking to challenge a store like Super Walmart. Well they don't have clothes and other items, they do have some kitchenware in here, as well There were some decent deals in here and service was rather good. All in all, I would recommend coming here. The only thing I found a bit strange was that it was set back a little from a main road. Possibly not the smartest location.

Pharmacy's service is the worse. I signed up for their membership and I regret it. They have messed up my prescription more than one and it takes at least 30 minutes to pick up my medicine either through drive thru or inside the store. Worse pharmacy ever! My family does not recommended.

My wife and I went to Kroger this morning to pick up a few groceries. Since we're seniors, we arrived about 6:50 a.m., knowing that the store hours for seniors ( people 60 years old or older ) are specifically from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. There we're multiple people younger than 60 years old inside the store. Obviously, Kroger is NOT enforcing their senior policy in regard to what they are advertising on television. So much for their concern about senior safety. I guess that is a policy that sounds good to the public. However, Kroger is just like most all businesses....it's all about the money.

I’m giving 3 stars because this location is supposed to be open until 10pm, and they constantly close early. Tonight I was unable to get gas here, along with 4 other vehicles that pulled up, because the employee closed 12 minutes early. If you’re open for business until 10pm, you don’t close up until 10pm.

I would not recommend this store. The staff is rude and they never have stock on the shelves. I have carried meat back 3 times various times because it smelled bad. Will not buy meat there again

We were there in the morning to get a baked good. The bagel was not fresh and tasted old not soft and fresh. This Kroger seemed smaller than the ones we are used to visiting. Although, this is a good location to stop and gas up your car off the interstate.

I love this Kroger, it is always very clean and the staff is always extremely friendly. Their salad bar and olive bar are very impressive with all the options. They are rarely out of items and keep the store well stocked!

Kroger employees Cherie and Michael are a bad combination if you are looking to go to the customer service, if you are looking to return a bad product. 1st they told me we can't a pre workout mix (it was rancid and bad), then they said it's from another Kroger, then I showed shim clearance aisle products from their own store with all different barcodes, then they said the seal is broken!! Yes, I opened and tasted and found it rancid and so I am returning them. Then Cherie told my husband, you need to come back again coz this guy Michael cannot return? My husband asked why? Do I come to return veggies at a different time and boxes at a different time if Michael is standing at CS desk coz he isn't trained well. She didn't do anything and just said Sorry!!! Such a lousy supervisor and such creepy service. Why was that guy standing in CS and why is this woman even a supervisor??? When we buy at Kroger then they don't have an issue when you go to return a bad one... then is when they have all issues at this location. Obviously, I confirmed and complained to CS via phone. Avoid this store!!!!

This Kroger is great on selection for the most part but the employees are regrettably lacking. Most of them are young kids in high school or college who can't even check out your alcohol because they're too young to touch the alcohol. This most recent trip, a young kid named Britten checked us out, he dropped our blueberries and then picked each one of them up and put them back in the package. He also couldn't scan our wine because he wasn't allowed to touch alcohol so while another employee came to check my ID this kid started eating out of a bag of chips he had next to the register! It made me feel very really grossed out that he had touched all of our food. Having worked in a grocery store, I know that's a huge don't. Every time my husband and I have went through a check out line, something similar has happened. This is why I use the self-checkout line at this Kroger. Just FYI when visiting this location.
