Good morning, this is not a criticism but a suggestion. I just bought coffee and sweets and the young man who served me didn't even answer me, he had long hair all disheveled and was almost asleep. When you work for the public you have to have a good attitude and presence. The coffee doesn't even taste like coffee, it's just water. It's obvious that you have no respect for the public. Thank you.

Hey you fools, this location is not 24 hours. Change your hours. I know your lazy but it's very easy to change your hours on Google.

Staff is friendly, tried 3-4 times between 12-1 pm to get a hot dog here (one of only ones in Gallatin or goodlettsville that have roller machines) but they never have items on at lunch time let alone dinner time?

The manager Debbie is so unprofessional, every time I come in to get coffee I overhear her always talking about her employees to customers even to the point of telling the customers her employees business. She should not be a manager

Went into the store today and was cashing a lottery ticket and to buy a drink. Well I went to one register and they said slide card. I did and they said it froze up because I slide it too soon. The I moved to the second register and something happened. So I said I will just take the ticket and go. I got out to my car and she said I have to pay for the new ticket. But I said you scanned it in and it is in your a try system as paid. But she insisted that I come and do the transaction again. And I again went to the register and she said it froze again and told tut he other person she has to do it. So I said forget about it left without my 2 dollar ticketbe 10.

Very great people who work there friendly customer service good nice to be treated any better recommend this place to anyone I smile goes a long ways
