“Great experience! Furniture options are limited where I live and I don't have time to jaunt all over Nashville/Franklin looking for quality furnishings. A friend told me about BF Myers so I used the website to browse their inventory then submitted my questions through the chat. I immediately received a text response and was able to text with salesperson, Trace, regarding price and delivery info. I was at work during all of this so Trace created my purchase order and I provided payment once I was home. I looked at A LOT of furniture companies online and either I got no response to my questions, or the reviews were so terrible that I didn't bother. I won't receive my item for several weeks so I hope it's as nice as the photo. As for the shopping experience, the website was super easy to use and Trace was fantastic! At a time when customer service seems to have gone out the window, BF Myers really stands out.”
