Went to use the atm yesterday and it took my card froze up then completely crashed. Sat there for a while trying to wait for my card as it went through a whole series of screens. Continuously tried to reach out for help and the one person that answered basically said they can’t do anything. Waited through the entire reboot and still couldn’t get anything. It comes back up like everything is fine with the ATM so beware. Beyond frustrating so stay away from this Regions.

Have called this location multiple times now. Actually talked to 2 different people. Was told someone would reach back out to me on several occasions, never happened. It's funny because the issue I have is Regions not paying me the correct interest. Funny how when they owe you money they suddenly forget HOW TO DO THEIR JOB.Do better, yall are trash.

A $4 Fee to use your ATM?! Are you high?!! As if Regions is over here hurting for money. Was actually considering opening an account here but not after seeing that’s how you treat other banks members.

I have used Regions for decades. I started down in Florida and continued when I moved to Nashville. The last couple years I have been going to the Regions here in Goodletsville because I work close by. I have noticed a on going problem with their ATM. It is either out of order, out of cash, or not taking deposits OFTEN! Today I go thru the ATM to find it has no cash and the drive thru has a double line to the street with one teller. I go inside to see another line with one teller. I ask the two other women sitting at desk doing nothing if someone could help with a withdraw. They tell me they don't have a drawer and no one else can help. This seems and appears ridiculous. I'm am seriously considering changing banks after this encounter!

What a greedy bunch of money changers!!! I cash a check that was written by one of their customers, drawn on their bank!! They charged a $20 fee to cash the check!!! It's not the $20, it's the fact that the bank is holding the customer's money on deposit, payable to the bearer of one of the bank's instruments, a check!! I'm not sure about the legality of the fee!!

Called about the problem and the regions call center said I had to go into a physical location to get my account unlocked. Went here before my shift just to quickly resolve a problem with my account. I got seated and waiting about twenty minutes before an older woman came in behind me complaining about her online account. They quickly addressed her even though she didn’t have an appointment and even had 2 (TWO) people helping her, while I still waited 20 more minutes. Had to get up and leave otherwise I’d be late. I have three jobs, typically working from 8am to 10 pm everyday, and this was the ONE day I had to come in. Very disappointed. Then I came BACK in ten minutes before closed a few days later, which I know, they were closing, but all they had to do was unlock my account and I have very minimal time and can’t ever make it within their hours. It’s a simple fix but the lady only sat down with me for a few minutes before saying “Just reset your password” (not my issue? Nor did it solve the issue?) and then told me they were closing. Then I almost burst in tears explaining this is the only time I can come in, she told me to go to the Rivergate location the next day because they’re location was closed on Saturdays. Turns out, the Rivergate location and all other locations were closed the next day. I left crying. This has been so stressful because I still haven’t paid bills and do not have time to come in to resolve the issue, and everytime I have made time to they completely ignore me or kick me out. Worst regions around.

I have been a loyal customer for 40 years back when it was 1st american however during this pandemic with the lobby closed the drive thru is your only alternative.What happens is more than not there is only 1 teller which is nothing but greed and poor management!!!

As a whole, I have generally been satisfied with Regions but this branch is the worst. I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Inconsistent “policiesâ€. ATM is always down and the money truck seems to always come on Fridays at lunch time. Some people only have time to make it during their lunch hour. Do yourself a favor and drive to Rivergate Pky for better service.

If you want to be treated like a criminal then this is your bank!!! Worst experience ever!! The bank manger was very hateful and rude!
