On Friday October 29th, 2021at around 3:15 to 3:29 P.M., A Foreign Employee Who Was The Bank Teller In The Drive Thru Area Of The Bank Felt That It Was Appropriate To Ask The Account Holder If He Could Deposit Her Money Into His Account. This Constitutes U professionalism, Unethical and Immoral Practices In A Place Of Business Such As A Bank Institution. This is not a joke or a laughing matter and That Particular Employee Needs To Be Removed From His Duties As A Bank Teller. This Also Gives Regions Bank A Bad Reputation and An Absolutely Bad Name. The Guy Should've Simply Done His Job and Keep His Professionalism At Hindsight When Dealing With An Account Holder Who's A Customer Of Such Business. ?✋?

Had a banking emergency on a Saturday and the employees went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. I highly recommend working with banks that have a friendly and professional staff like this branch.

They spend at least 15 with each customer for even simple transactions. Its one person at a time too, so if there's a line, good luck, you'll be there a while

For the amount of time it takes to give regions me money. Regions should be paying me.This is absurd.If regions doesn't want to start paying me a salary to bring them my money.Then regions needs to hire enough staff to process the amount of people that go through their building in the morning.Cough can I say transfer my account to Wilson Bank and trust?
