Had a 30 day compounded prescription filled here because it was close to Dr's office. When it was time for a refill I had the same prescription sent to another pharmacy closer to home. I was shocked when I picked up the refill to find out that it was for 90 days and the exact same price. I even called to make sure that I didn't miss picking up part of the original prescription and was told no, I was only supposed to get 30 days. Definitely won't be getting prescriptions filled here again.

The staff at Roman Pharmacy in Goodlettsville are great people, they are very helpful and it is nice to work with a local company and not a large corporate machine.

Small town pharmacy with caring staff. My maw and paw have used Roman pharmacy for years. And they have never let themDown or myself. They actually take the time to resolve insurance issues which we all know that happens often.I recommend switching from the big stores and support your small home town business.

They make my prescription in house and have been doing it for years. They are kind and knowledgeable. I place my order over the phone or my doctor calls it in and I pick it up a short time later. Best pharmacy I have ever used!

I had a misunderstanding with this pharmacy about a drug that is being prescribed off label and is getting a lot of negative press. Pharmacist Doug Evans wasted no time calling me, explaining why things were handled the way they were, and offering me a full refund.At the end of the day, no refund was required. His explanation was a perspective I had not considered and made complete sense to me. I really appreciate him taking the time to call me and making everything clear.I have no problem admitting my first impression was all wrong and these seem to be very nice people that are being placed in a no win situation in regards to off-label prescriptions for Covid.Will definitely use them in the future.

Needed the J&J vaccine for an international college student in a time crunch. Only J& J (one dose) would work. Only pharmacy or clinic offering J&J on a Saturday. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Store, including restroom, was immaculate. Like a surgery center! Could not be more impressed. A gem in the greater Nashville area! 5 stars!!

The best pharmacy in town. Techs pay attention to details and the pharmacist actually cares about the customers. When my own doctor accidentally sent in a prescription for medicine I was allergic to, they not only caught the mistake but immediately contacted my doctor and had the medicine changed. Excellent customer service.

They have been very caring and helpful to help me find the meds to fill a prescription that I could not find elsewhere. Another pharmacy did not notify me that they could not fill a prescription that was vital for me. When they came thing happened here, they called ma soon as I knew so I could contact the doctor.

Worst experience on their medication! I paid 134 dollars for a pill that made the sickness worse never better! I believe it’s a fake pill, that’s why my body rejected it. Got the same script from a real doctor and had no problems. I would NOT waste my money with this scam.
