The attendant working here was useless!!! I know she lied, I’m pretty sure anyway about a question I asked her. All the other attendants are very helpful, regularly.

Sorry excuse for a gas station. Attendant locked door, despite being opened 24 hours a day. Finally unlocked doors and refused to let PAYING customers use restrooms. Told us to take our business to Tiger Mart down the street. Right on....we shall do just that.

Long trip from point A to point B and this was one of the "in-betweens." Nice place for a pit stop! Huge selection of nearly everything! Clean restrooms. From my experience this day, the staff I encountered were nice. Save this place as an "in-between" of your next trip, I certainly am. ONWARD!

I went to get gas before work early on a Friday morning - told the cashier the amount of $ needed and which pump TWICE - then she proceeded to turn on the incorrect pump. Went back inside the store and she advised me what happened. She asked if I could pay again, which I obliged and paid again because I had to get gas and get to work. She then told me that a refund should be received in 24 hours. I understand when you pay with debit card it can take 7-10 business days to show in your account but it has been over 2 weeks and I have still not received my refund. I essentially paid double what I should have for gas. Will not be getting gas there ever again.

Smallest "truck stop " I've ever been in. Once I got in it was too late to change my mind. Had to slide my tandem all the way so I could navigate out. They have a shed in the back so not even space for 1 truck to break without total grid lock of the GAS station ?. Luckily I found refuge at the torn down lot across the street from sonic. And the pizza joint jets pizza was great

I was in the store last night, started to buy a donut and changed my mind because they were probably there all day. Came back in the morning around 8am looked like the same ones from the night before . I asked if they were fresh, they said yes every morning. I bought one ,probably about 2 days old.

This is a story about a TRIFLING service station.Called ahead to check location and gas price. I spoke with Nick who seemed very nice but that's where it ended. Once I arrived everything went downhill from there. Lydia who was helping me couldn't put her cell phone down long enough to focus on my transaction. I'm sure that's why it was messed up. I informed her from the start I was doing a split-pay but she didn't know how to do that and screwed it up. I had a Shell rewards card I was unable to use. I said I would just pay with my credit/debit card. She even screwed that up. When I went to pump the gas, the pump wouldn't work and the prices shown on the pump didn't reflect my 40 points and 40 cents off per gallon. They said once I hung up the pump it cancelled the transaction. I stated again the pump was not working in the first place. Apparently the transaction was cancelled before I even went out to the pump. I asked Lydia if she could fix it. Again she had her phone literally up in front of her face and I had to ask her twice. I had 40 Kroger fuel points that she had no idea what happened to them and Nick said I would have to call Kroger customer service. I informed them Kroger C.S. is closed and no longer open 24 hours. Nick said that's f---ed up.First of all if Lydia had have been paying attention to what she was doing instead of trying to text and take selfies my transaction wouldn't have been messed up. Since she was still on her damn phone I asked her if the info she needed was on her phone. She replied she was calling Sheila the manager to ask how to do a split pay and retrieve my 40 points. When she put her phone down with an attitude it was in selfie mode. She was clearly lying.I asked for a receipt showing my transaction was cancelled since they gave me no reason to trust them. Needless to say, I left with no gas and had to go elsewhere. I will be calling corporate come Monday morning.I have one word for this location. TRIFLING!What is so funny, not so funny about this story is I met another customer at the service station down the street after leaving there. She said she had the same issue and had lost her 40 points at this Shell location. She said she would never go back there and it was the most horrible service station in the area.Again... TRIFLING!!!

On 09/03/2020, there was an employee with her mask pulled down coughing in her hands and touching products. Why was her mask pulled down? Why was she coughing everywhere? Was it on purpose? This should be addressed.

Customer was getting gas and not watching it letting it pour out all over the ground right next to us when we had kids in the car plus two dogs nothing was done talk about scared to death won't return when traveling cause there no customer willlingnes with this store was over charged for two 20 oz milks no help fixing
