“This is one of the nicest malls I have been in. There is not even 1 empty store in this place. It was very busy. Plenty of stores and outlets in 1 place other than a "town center" type place.”

“Oh my God this was my first time going into this Kroger since I moved out this way, And when I tell you it was a beautiful experience so nice so clean the workers were just polite as ever but the sales in that store my God I shocked till I dropped Thank God for deep freezer ? I feel so bad I didn't ask the cashier her name I was there February the 6th early Tuesday morning She was such a beautiful person inside and out I enjoyed a little quick conversation and just made me want to go back and that I will but I will be taking my sister and friend with me So they can enjoy the experiences as well as I did.”
“Easy in and out at the traffic light onto Lebanon Road. Lots of shops. Several places to eat. Plenty of free parking. We are in and out of Oakwood Commons two or three times a week. Area is welcoming and well maintained.”
“Jackson Village is located at the corner of Shutes Branch and Lebanon Road. It is clean and attractive. Ample free parking. Kroger and CVS seems to be the anchor stores. Easy in and out if you are patient and properly time the traffic light. A new eating establishment would be a welcomed addition.”
“So many shops! If you like to shop then Rivergate is place to go. You can find just about anything you need all right there in the rivergate marketplace and all the other shops, restaurants and multitudes of anything basically that you can want! Come visit Rivergate and all it has to offer!”
“Enjoy the architectural designs and the buildings as much as the quality individuals that frequent this place! It's one of my favorite movie theaters in the nation. Wish they would clean up there passages a bit more. Or the people would be a little cleaner and thankful and use the trash cans and not leave there discarded items laying around for another man to clean up.”
“This is where I go to do my laundry on Sundays. It's close to my house and it's the cleanest laundry matt I've been in. It's close and convenient for where I live. I'm usually able to go right in and find a washer for my clothes size and it cleans them great and you have an option for extra wash and rinse”

“I love this mall. I hate that it's what it is now. When I was little coming with my parents it was just packed ! No parking 4 miles! When I was a teen it was the coolest place to hang out an now that I'm an adult working here, it's just so dead with no stores! It's just crazy an it break my heart! Plus, I don't know why ppl wld choose like opry mills cuz I hate going there, u can never find parking an it's always so crowded! I mean I do love all the stores but it's so stressful! If this mall had all the stores like it used too I'd never go 2 another mall! Plus, I wish opry mills was still Opry Land! That was the best!”
