We have been shopping at this store for years now. We ordered a bed set to be delivered for my daughter. When the delivery people showed up they smelt strongly of weed. As they unloaded everything we started noticing different issues with the furniture. They tried to unload it into the house with the damages. We refused the damaged items and requested new ones be delivered. We ended up having to go to the location to pick up a new tire because they would not deliver the item again. We got the new item home and finally unpacked for it to be damaged and parts missing! The manager told us we could come pick up the missing part from the other damaged table.This store use to have great customer service and great items. It has truly gone down hill since the new owner took over.

Great place for one of a kind pieces. Some traditional furniture, some very unique. Could fit your decorating style perfectly. Salesman willing to make a deal if there was anything we were interested in. Saw their tv commercial this evening that tomorrow begins their Going Out of Business Sale.

Idk how I feel I put a kitchen coffee bar on layaway few months back got it was suppose to be delivered today. They do have beautiful merchandise. Everyone has always been so friendly. But they brought me the wrong thing they brought me a table. It’s not what I bought, they said they were going to look for what I bought an call me back tomorrow this table they left here with me is all scuffed up a whole screw sticking out. I understand mistakes happen I just really hope I get what I paid for an be treated fairly if not.

My mom and I had a great experience with Clay at Smart Buys. After 8 months of searching for a bed in stock and sleeping on the floor I was thrilled to hear Clay say that everything was in stock. He was very knowledgeable and gave us space to look around.Delivery was quick however they are running a little behind due to being short staffed. Did not bother us but something to look out for if they don't deliver right in the time window you chose. I would recommend taking the day off for them to delivery to you. SO happy with our furniture.

Today I met the handsome new owner T. R., the lovely lady at the counter, Candace, and the well dressed and distinguished salesman named Clay. Great furniture, no forced sales. Great customer service. You much visit this location. Don't pay the negative reviews any attention. We bought a great living room set by Lane at a great price and great quality.

I absolutely love this place where do I begin from the salesman name Rodney who was very personable kind and a very fast worker helped me pick out everything and also helped me maintain a great price for it. To the owner who had a wonderful personality he even gave me a free rug.He helped me get my order delivered in less than three days when all the other stores in Nashville that I checked told me 3 to 4 months can you believe that? Down to the most perfect delivery guys I have ever came across in my entire life they made the transition so smooth for me they were very professional very kind very fast and they did not damage anything at all they said of everything the correct way I even gave them a tip I love my experience with this place I will recommend them to everyone and I will definitely see you guys again in the future !l

Smart buys is a reasonable priced furniture store, I believe one will find satisfaction for in the excellent quality of the furniture at Smart buys at Rivergate Mall the employees are kind and very helpful, and are very informative when answering your questions. Each employee always welcomes their customers into their stores never had a bad experience with the Smart buys employees, and overall it Smart buys furniture.

I've been a customer here for over a year now; bought a dining room set, living room set and now 2 bedroom sets.Yesterday was my worst experience.I was given a delivery window of 3pm to 5pm yesterday. I rushed home for 3pm and at 5pm still no delivery. I called and spoke to Dale who then informed me that they are running late with no ETA nor apology.At 7pm still no delivery. I again called and spoke to Dale, who mentioned that they are on route to me.My furniture was delivered at 8pm last night instead of between 3pm and 5pm. Very disappointed that I sat at home for 5 hrs, cancelling all my other plans.It would've been nice to have someone call and notify me that the delivery is running late and even apologize for the inconvenience (that's simple customer service), but unfortunately, that didnt happen.
