Love the tanning beds but the girls who work the front pick and choose when to id you or ask for a scan card and when you don't have it because they have not asked the last 4xs they have an attitude and it be the same girl who let you in the previous 4xs with no id just rude

This is probably one of my favorite suntan city locations. They have a new instant bed with more red LEDS for your facial LIGHTS and I am obsessed. The staff here are beyond friendly and so helpful. If I ever have any questions they always have answers. I recommend this to location to all my friends- all the time. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I have been going for months now! This is the only location I want to go to now! Thank you staff for all the hard work and the cleanliness of the facility and keeping stock of inventory. A lot of locations have issues with that.!

the best Tanning facility I have ever been to. Impeccably dean and with so many locations it is always easy to find time to get Bronzed. the next time you see one I encourage you to stop in and take a tour. I wouldn't trust my skin with any other company. I now know what it feels like to let yourself shine.

Tried to get the darkest one and they said ok but when it was done it wasn’t dark at all and they said we got to do another one with an additional charge of 60$ for that .. absolutely scammed usService: Tanning

This location has some of the rudest employees ever. I have been denied service more than once because I have a trained service dog. I have now gotten police involvement due to this. A violation of the ADA laws are not something to mess with and this will be reviewed and handle with appropriate legal council. I just don't have an animal that I will slap a vest onto and claim she is a service animal.Service: Tanning

You have to go there 3:00 to 5 days when you want to discontinue your service I did this on June 26th I went and showed the girl my driver's license and told her I did not want to be charged for the next month or for any more services she looked up my ervice and said okay ma'am you still have 4 days to tan though for the rest of the month and you will not be charged anymore I said okay thank you have a good day and I really enjoy this place, but to no avail I looked on my account and after the holidays of the 4th of July on the 5th they had taken out $71 for another month of tanning and it has been so hot and in the triple digits of heat with my asthma I have not been able to get back over there and tell them that they have taken $71 out of my bank account that I cannot afford so I I'm very upset with Sun tan City services

It cost me over $100 for a 10 min session for me and my daughter!!! I did buy some safety glasses and small lotion but $100+ dollars for 2,10 min sessions is OUTRAGEOUS! Will never go back for that!Service: Tanning

I went there with some questions. Emma at the front desk was awesome. Very patient and answered all of my questions. She even took the time to show me around. The facility was very clean and the staff were all very nice.

So not sure what's going on but last few times I've been there apparently they have no air. Was literally like 85* in the salon. Em..I believe her name is, has the BEST attitude always smiling and works her butt off. Running back and forth cleaning tables and still helping customers with a smile.
