T.J. Maxx is an off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer fashions. The store is organized and neat, with a good selection of home and bath items. Many find the experience like a treasure hunt with always new things. Customer service is often described as nice, helpful, and kind, with some employees providing wonderful service. However, some note that men's clothes are hard to find and specific sizes are often not in stock. While usually not crowded, there are occasional reports of employees being unhelpful. In general, it provides a good experience for finding items at amazing value.
Dates, real honey and a variety of other essentials are why this is one of My favorite retailers. They offer items from all over the world. Great staffing adds to an enjoyable experience.
