Horrible bank! I am so disappointed that I switched to this bank. They froze my direct deposits without any warning. I have one that goes in that is in my name and 2 that are in my disabled children’s name from SSI and because the SSI is in my children’s name they decided on a whim the checks should not go in. I have had to call every week for them to “release” them. But because we live in a society that makes auto payments almost mandatory, I have been put in situations where my account went negative, my electronic got shut, etc. just horrible.Update: they also locked my debit card on a Friday of Labor Day weekend! I went all weekend without access to my money!

The only reason I gave you a one is because a 0 is not available. I was treated horribly at this bank. I was mocked, laughed at, and shunned in front of my daughter. There was no customer service, only customer degradation.I would highly recommend going to the Hendersonville branch instead, especially if you’re a new customer or have a newer account.

I came in a few minutes after 3:30 to make a regular deposit and cash a verified check from an out of state credit union. I am not a regular customer in Goodlettsville, but am in White House. The teller said she wasn’t sure if she could cash it, because my account balance didn’t have enough to offset the check (certified and verified). She typed and clicked and was on the phone for about 30 minutes. I did let her know that I was in a hurry to make a bill payment. They finally cashed it, but not until 4:02 pm. A very simple transaction took 30 minutes and I missed my bill payment.

Horrible experiences. Half the time they don't know what there doing with very very basic stuff. You open an account and they literally forget to send you half the stuff your supposed to receive so you have to go back in and make another request and wait 2 more weeks.
