Not a customer but had to visit to collect money sent to me via Western Union. Staff friendly. Staff helpful. I watched their interactions with other customers. If I need new bank Regions might be my next choice.

I switched to this bank after all of the fee changes at my old bank that I had been with for years. The customer service is over the top. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiling faces. I highly reccommend this bank!
