“I drive a 3500 dually...they have a automatic carwash that will accommodate it!!! Regular hand wash bays are always clean. The timers are fair, and it's over all appearance is clean and safe. A call in number in case there's any issues which I've never needed. Vacuums are in working order and trash cans are plentiful. Cleaning items are in a dispenser for additional purchase.”
“I was very happy with the professional service Patrick rendered. He pointed out to me the posts I drove thru to enter the service bay and informed me that my tires were out of line! Now I know what those posts are for! He was very friendly and made my day.”

“Like every other automated car wash, it doesn’t get everything off my car like I’d prefer to see. But I’ve never come away with a problem on customer service at either the Kingsport or Johnson City sites.
In fact, I recently lost the sticker tag on the windshield when the cracked glass had to be replaced. I stopped at the Kingsport site and Peyton (maybe misspelled), the assistant manager, happened to be working. He went above and beyond to get me a new sticker and displayed the approach I always love to see. Big kudos to him and the company for hiring him.”
“This place is AWESOME. Our washer broke at home and it was taking weeks for the repair. We had 12 large loads of laundry. I used 3 extra large machines and 2 large machines and all of them were done in less than 30 minutes. Then the dryers- they’re like airplane jets. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, there’s a cheap vending machine for the kids, and the loads are very affordable. Total asset to the community.”

“I promised my car if it got me through the move I'd give her a good cleaning lol. My first time here. It's very clean, the man at the entrance cleaned the tires and back of my car very well. The vacuums all worked and didn't dislodge (an experience I had at a different place). The grounds were free of clutter and there was plenty of towels and window cleaner. Will be a regular here.”
“Does the Gold wash keep the big roller brush from coming down? It got my roof only. The two side brushes overlap some in the front. Weird. Kingsport sucked, this one looks smaller, but is better maned. I may have to change my membership from gold wash.

“Ultimate shine is the best automatic car wash I've used. I do the monthly plan, so I can take my car whenever I need to. If you wash your car at least twice in a month, then monthly is the way to go. The wash cleans good, and the attendants at the entrance do pretty good cleaning the bugs and stuff off, but this can be hit or miss. My car always looks good after, so can't complain.”
“I had a great experience at Ultimate Shine Car Wash! The associate, Anthony, helped me and was incredibly kind, he never made me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. He explained everything clearly, and because of how welcoming and helpful he was, I decided to sign up for the unlimited washes. My car looks great, and the customer service was even better. “I called to let them know that I don’t live around here and needed it done asap. they worked me in for 8am. I dropped my car off and talked with the owner. so friendly. I got my car back around 3:30 to it absolutely spotless. the majority (if not all) of my stains were completely removed. my car literally looked brand new inside and out. he informed me that some of the stains were very tough and may appear in time, but to just bring it back and he would work on them. for only being $207 (with discount), I was astonished. “This place was nice and quiet for the first self serve car wash I've been to, definitely wouldn't recommend using it to deep clean your car but it could probably do pretty good at washing salt off your car. The brushes were crushed and didn't work properly and made it difficult to clean my car well but it did the job it needed too.”

“Older carwash but, well maintained. Price is very affordable and hasn't changed since before Covid, during Covid and to current date. However, there isn't a posted name and number of responsible party that oversees the carwash and vending machines. Prices not clearly posted on some machines. If you should have a problem, your only alternative is to leave a note on the door in back. I use this specific carwash exclusively and highly recommend it to anyone who is price conscious but, that requires QUALITY.”
“As far as laundromats go this one seems like the most legit. I don't often visit laundromats, but I suppose that when I do it's at Kaylee's (Pit Stop). Drop off service or do it yourself. The washers range from $7 (commercial washer) to $4 (standard) and the dryers are $3 (commercial) to $1.50 (standard). Each cycle lasts about 20 minutes. Overall a decent place if you're in a bind for a washer and dryer service.”

“This car wash is clean, well-lit and very well taken care of. Because of that, it also feels safe, even late at night - which matters. It is a smaller carwash, but killer location and open 24 hrs per day. I prefer to come here - no wait and I can clean our vehicles at our own pace. The automatic wash is shockingly good, I was surprised.Glad this place reopened. I assume it is locally owned because I see someone servicing the wash and cleaning up sometimes. We prefer to support local businesses when we can, more than enough huge chains in Johnson City with owners across the country. Thank you guys!”

“The manager, Brandon, went above and beyond to take care of my car situation. I had been there the day before, and the bay I used was not working properly. ; the high pressure water would not work. As a result of that, soap and dirt dried on my car. When I explained what happened, Brandon was very professional and spent about an hour , thoroughly cleaning every stain off my car. It looked better than it had in a long time! As an added bonus, he added in some free washes. I highly recommend them.”

“I got stuck in a bunch of mud yesterday so I dropped by to get my car washed and the attendant, who usually sprays down the car before you go into the wash, spent about 20 minutes, springing off the mud from underneath my tire wells. I was totally not expecting anyone to go above and beyond. Thank you for this. I was having a rough morning and this reminded me of the power of kindness and exuding excellence in our work.”

“Great wash. Love the vacuum and the carpet mats cleaner. If you take your all weather mats over to the entrance of the wash the staff they wash them for you. I have seen the staff vacuuming vehicles for handicapped. Their monthly packages are a great value. And they have free air fresheners!”
