Great equipment. Easy access on any schedule and friendly members. Friendly and helpful staff. And the infrared sauna! Such a great way to end the week! I am a beginner and I am comfortable with all the other members.

Very clean— only gym I’ve ever been to that actually smells good (not even neutral, but good). Great variety of machines too.

Great gym! New owners have already made drastic improvements with new equipment and renovating the building itself. Love the fact it’s 24 hour access as I do early morning workouts sometimes.
