“I have taken multiple items for repair and they have done great work. One piece in particular warranted this review. The Diamond Exchange went above and beyond in customer service and skill.
An error occurred with one of my repairs. It was an honest, human oversight. I thought the piece was compromised. This was not a super valuable piece- it was special and had sentimental meaning to me. Without hesitation they offered and took full responsibility. When I picked up the repaired piece for the second time- I was amazed. The amount of effort, labor and craftsmanship that they executed to correct the issue was incredible. Without extra charge to me. They restored my piece with the upmost of care and skill. It turned out beautiful. I am so impressed with this level of customer service and integrity. I will always patronize this business and recommend them highly.

It’s deceptively large and offers an abundance of local and regional art and craft including one-of-a-kind artwork, locally handcrafted soaps, pottery, jewelry, and so much more. Likewise, there are also great souvenirs available too. Shirts, hats, stickers, ornaments, artist prints of local landmarks, etc. Mill Spring Makers Market is an absolute treasure in our Tri-Cities region, and I can’t recommend them enough! “The owners of this shop are affiliated or also own the Crystal Raven in Jonesborough, and they are absolutely wonderful! I was looking for a ring to replace one that was too tight, and, even though the Silver Raven was closed, the owners of the Crystal Raven were so kind enough as to let me into the Silver Raven and look around with one of their employees after hours. It was so kind of them, and I felt so grateful. What’s more, I found exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect and so very reasonably priced. Please patronize this business; the owners deserve it! You won’t be disappointed!”

Tate didn’t even attempt to sell us a ring from his vast inventory but instead went to work taking what we had and having my wife’s new ring hand crafted. “I gave 5 stars because I would recommend this store. Now this is small and it's one woman in there so be patient she is so attentive and helps so much but it is home coming/pageant season. I've seen so many negative reviews about the owner but I have nothing but good things to say. She was so helpful even when the store was packed. I did trade one of my dresses in for some credit, and she was very reasonable. The prices I saw were pretty reasonable almost all of the short dresses were less than $200 and even less than $150. They have a large variety of stuff to choose from too. The longer dresses were more expensive most of which were in the hundreds, but if you trade in something you have it'll lower the price some. So over all I would say I had a great experience and would 100% recommended this store to someone looking for a good deal and some southern service and charm!”
