“I have taken multiple items for repair and they have done great work. One piece in particular warranted this review. The Diamond Exchange went above and beyond in customer service and skill.
An error occurred with one of my repairs. It was an honest, human oversight. I thought the piece was compromised. This was not a super valuable piece- it was special and had sentimental meaning to me. Without hesitation they offered and took full responsibility. When I picked up the repaired piece for the second time- I was amazed. The amount of effort, labor and craftsmanship that they executed to correct the issue was incredible. Without extra charge to me. They restored my piece with the upmost of care and skill. It turned out beautiful. I am so impressed with this level of customer service and integrity. I will always patronize this business and recommend them highly.

“Jonesborough has a great selection of quality local-made products and Makers Market has many of them. There is a great variety within this shop curated from local vendors. We have bought soaps, trinkets, and tshirts but they also have some really wonderful woodworking products and iron products. The coffee shop next door is also a delight. Highly recommend.”

“The owners of this shop are affiliated or also own the Crystal Raven in Jonesborough, and they are absolutely wonderful! I was looking for a ring to replace one that was too tight, and, even though the Silver Raven was closed, the owners of the Crystal Raven were so kind enough as to let me into the Silver Raven and look around with one of their employees after hours. It was so kind of them, and I felt so grateful. What’s more, I found exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect and so very reasonably priced. “Nice vibrant restaurant with knowledgeable and friendly host and wait-staff. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated. Good variety offered on their menu. Food is fresh and hot when it is brought to the table. Very tasty vegetarian/vegan Ramen, crisp tempura, nice maki rolls. Staff brought extra wasabi and chili spice powder when requested because we like spice. We enjoyed their delicious ginger salad dressing too. We'll be back often.”
“This has been one of my favorite stores since I was small. Before I was even into anything metaphysical my mom would bring me in and let me choose a new small crystal for my rock collection. I would love coming in and smelling all the incense and looking at the pretty jewelry. As an adult I still adore the place. I still buy myself a new crystal when I come by, I still smell all the incense options and now rather than just admire the jewelry I occasionally buy myself a ring or bracelet as a treat for reaching goals. Atlantis is really a wonderful place to visit.”

Tate didn’t even attempt to sell us a ring from his vast inventory but instead went to work taking what we had and having my wife’s new ring hand crafted. “I should give five but they refused my trailer because it hade some little flies inside and I have to have it washed about 13miles you guys if this would not be a lesson for you to check with your trailer, it’s fine you never know you might be sent to get it washed if you re lucky enough to. Other than that they cool! Make sure you have enough load locks to support your load. Thanks.”

I took my little sister here looking for a last minute dress for her 8th grade dance and I told her the budget and size, she picked out dresses that fit that price range and size. If you tell her your price range you’ll get what you’re looking for. I don’t know why people are so negative. Both of these ladies are so kind. Thank you!”
