“What can I say after having a terrible experience At Kubota I learned they had a Meade tractor near by. Walked in had a preapproval and sales team showed me an option that fit best for the property we have. It t was just stream line and easy. Which made everything faster and clear. Sales rep knew what he was talking about, and took care of business professionally and with care and confidence with compassion! Hands down Meade tractor has a valued customer. “Amazing selection of plants and landscaping trinkets. Plus much more. And when I say amazing, I mean amazing. So many types of plants and bushes. The prices aren’t as good as I’d want though and the staff ask if you need any help, which is nice, because I did. One lady who worked outside with the plants was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable but the cashier lady, not so much. But maybe she was having an “off-day”. However I’ve been there three times and all three times she was not happy. So, idk. Seemed miserable. If you need anything to do with plants though, go check them out, I’ve come away with something every time and will most likely go back for some more beautiful plants. 1 star off for the prices and cashier experience.”
“Semi Driver here, picked up a load of soil headed to North Dakota from here. Everyone was really friendly and communicative, which made everything go very smoothly. The guys loaded me up super quick and got me rolling in less than 35 mins. I was even told to be safe by one of the guys which was very much appreciated. “My wife ordered me a smoker for Father’s day and there was an issue with our scheduled delivery. We ended up just picking up in store when it wasn’t delivered. From first contact, Eric and Caitlyn showed upmost customer service and professionalism. They went above and beyond what was expected of them while resolving our issue even though the issue was not their mistake but rather the delivery drivers. 10/10 recommend.”
