“On Friday, April 5, 2024 I went to Office Depot in Kingsport, TN to have a very important business-related, marketing manual printed. I ran into several problems with the job (too many to list here) but was literally "saved" single-handedly by an employee named Sara (who worked at the copy center). I thought I was gonna be royally screwed... because I had a very tight deadline that I needed to meet. Long story short... Sara fixed all the issues I was having... helped print out the marketing manual in a timely fashion... so I was able to meet my deadline. Sara is obviously a savant when it comes to fixing problems related to printing... as she fixed my "mess" in record time. Whatever you guys are paying that girl... it ain't enough (in my opinion). Give that kid a raise!! Your copy center gets a 5-star rating from me. I'll be doing business with you guys for a long time. Very impressed. -Matt”
“Print department was very helpful and knowledgable. We had a welcome sign for a surprise party printed on foam board. They made sure the image was of good quality before printing. The item was ready for in-store pickup quickly. Will use the store again for printing and in-store pickup.”

We moved over to their VOIP phone system and David and Tye has gone above and beyond to make things work well for our needs. “I purchased furniture from Lenoir Empire Furniture after finding them on an internet site. I was ambivalent about buying from a store so far away ( live in NY) but the price was excellent and AAron made the transaction easy. I received the furniture in 3 weeks from N. Carolina! Most of the local stores told me it would take 2-3 months! The delivery company (D& D Delivery ) that they used was excellent as well. They delivered the furniture to NY 4 days after they received it in their warehouse and adjusted the doors on the unit when it was delivered. They let me inspect the unit after it was unloaded and then carried into the house with care. I would purchase from Lenoir again without hesitation.”
