“It is difficult to get internet service here so the rental process takes quite a bit longer. I mean it took almost 30 minutes to complete at pickup and 20 at drop-off. Other than that it is excellent. Truck was very clean. I would rent from here again.”
“This is a nice place to store things and I feel comfortable that my unit is secure. Unauthorized people are not able to get inside because you are given a unique code to access the building once you rent a unit. You must bring your own lock for the unit. This is climate controlled storage. There are trolleys available to use to move your things and there are also restrooms available. Office staff is there during the day as well and the place is always clean. There are cameras inside, but it would be nice if they had a few more to cover every hallway, however, we have had our unit for over a year and have not had any issues. Whenever I call I don’t have any trouble speaking to a live representative and they are always so helpful.”

“The folks here were super nice, and were a huge help when I needed to rent a last-minute U-Haul!
I called around to at least half a dozen other local places, and the next closest 10 ft box truck was all the way in Jefferson city. I got in touch with the folks here, and they just happened to have one on the lot. I got it reserved over the phone, drove down to get it, and did what I needed to do.
As a bonus, I now know I can drive a 10ft box truck.
Service was fast, they made sure I understood the ins and outs of taking the U-Haul, and got me on the road real quick. I appreciate y'all!”

“My truck was in the body shop and I needed a rental. The body shop and my insurance company made all of the arrangements. I drive a Dooley, which I like big trucks that vehicle here is a nice vehicle, but it’s not something that I would drive every day but they brought it to the body shop. They said it’ll be there at 9 AM on Monday. It was If I ever need to rent a vehicle, I will be contacting them first and when I drop it off at the paint shop they come and get it. I don’t have to do nothing.”

“Seems things were a bit cheaper to rent last time I used Uhaul. The lady I spoke with to reserve my truck was great. The guy I returned it to, not so much. He really didn't want to be there. Also, no break off the price for bringing it back 15 hrs early which I thought it should have. Over all, a decent experience. It's not like I plan on using Uhaul a lot.”
