It is difficult to get internet service here so the rental process takes quite a bit longer. I mean it took almost 30 minutes to complete at pickup and 20 at drop-off. Other than that it is excellent. Truck was very clean. I would rent from here again.

I've read the reviews but I thought I would give them a try...what a MISTAKE!!! They were SO RUDE when I wouldn't give them a family members phone number because I didn't have a different number from my emergency contact. There are a lot of ugly people in this world and one of them works behind the counter at U-Haul in Johnson City!!!
