I hate their system. I get mail that's opened. It gets lost or comes a week late. If my mail keeps coming open their going to have problems. I know several people having the same issues. We are out on Graysville mtn. And I hope she or he sees this . I even know people who get their meds. from the VA. that their meds don't come sometimes or they are late. I want this person gone.

Man so rude it's like I owe them something ask how to send a package she might of had a bad day but this hasn't been the first time if you don't like your job quit maybe someone would appreciate it

They refuse to deliver packages even when given exact instructions on what to do. They then falsely claim you requested it to be held at the post office so you have to miss some work. The customer service is garbage and the whole operation needs shut down

If I could give this office a -1.00 star I would! I have lived here since 1993 and after the retirement of the postal lady Reba. This office has degraded to a point of rudeness and disrespect. Their unwillingness to help with rhe most simplest of task and services is ridiculous! This office should be dismantled and put back in order to service the customer!

The most irresponsible mail delivery I have ever seen my wife and I moved to Tennessee two months ago we still do not have mail being delivered to our address have gone to the Graysville post office four times now the fourth trip we found out that we had to register our address and, why couldn’t the gal in the post office tell us that on the first trip or the second trip or the third trip when we were wondering where our mail is. Finally yesterday called them again and was told our mailboxes were knocked over and when they were rebuilt were placed out of order than they were before so the mailman could not deliver the mail. So I went down to the mailboxes and checked in other boxes that I had approval from the owners and every single one of them had mail in them so was lied to on two occasions by the United States Postal Service in Graceville Tennessee I will now be filing a complaint with the US PS. We have been waiting for our stimulus payments because we do not have direct deposit at the moment we closed our bank accounts and moved out here so we have to have our checks mailed to us well we have not gotten our mail for two months.

They will not bring packages to your door if they don't feel like stopping or taking the extra time that day to get out of their car or truck especially on Saturdays. They always bend the flag on my mail box and I even called about it and yet they still do it. The metal flag is almost broke in half now. They try putting the mail in the box without even fully coming to a full stop in their car it seems. TERRIBLE!! MINUS -5 STARS !!

They don't bring packages to your door or on time even when it's been paid with express and certified shipping! Your mail tends to somehow get lost or take over a week to get delivered.
