We used this storage unit while we were moving and it was great. Clean, dry and spacious. We had good communication with the manager and were very pleased with our unit.

Called these people for a month to tell them I will be canceling my unit and moving my stuff out. Never answered my calls, emails and text. Kept sending me a bill after I moved stuff out and still couldn’t get in contact with anyone, canceled the card and finally got rid of these people. Also it’s very tight getting in and out and the gate can be pretty heavy to open if someone shuts it really hard(manual gate)

I couldn't get my thins out first 2 days past my 30 day rental, n they charged me for a whole month again ... I feel like they could have made arrangements with me to maybe pro-rate for 2 days?
