I had to write a review on the Greenback PO after seeing negative ones. They are not perfect and over worked but Danny has always been helpful. Mike Carr the OIC has worked tirelessly to get mail and packages out when carriers quit with no notice or others on vacation or out sick. Give these people a chance. This team is a lot better than when the old post master was there but never worked. Chandra, another OIC came in and cleaned up a lot of old PO terrible management. I appreciate what they do now have to deliver the Daily Times.

The worst post office I’ve ever dealt with! They are currently holding our mail and it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and we haven’t received it yet but they did leave a slip of paper with a QR code that doesn’t work, even when I called the 800 number she couldn’t get it to work either so I guess our only option is to drive down there and pick it up. The only plus is Robin, she actually works, takes pride in her job and interacting with the people in this community. She is most definitely an asset to this ridiculous post office!!Edit- I feel I need to add- my husband went to this post office and picked up all of our packages, he thought but after checking, I’ve realized there are several packages that we didn’t receive and now are out quite a bit of money, even though somehow on the post office’s end it was scanned and put delivered?? Yet they did not give it to him. Just ridiculous, do your job!! Answer your phone when I called you 5 times and you just kept hanging up on me instead of simply just doing your job! Get someone in here that actually wants to work!! Ridiculous…..

Drove all the way to the office to drop off a package at 8 when it says they open online just to find a piece of paper tapes to the door saying they open at 9. If you change your hours update them online!!

If you drive all the way down there the staff inside has always been very kind. However, if you are on the route of one of their lazy drivers, your packages will be left on a row of mailboxes or on the ground at the bottom of a hill, where your son's birthday present will be stolen!

Packages are stolen because the driver is too lazy to bring packages to the door. The driver has on more than one occasion placed packages at the bottom of the hill on top of a row of mailboxes or has placed them on the ground underneath the row of mailboxes. Thanks to their laziness and complete ineptness on this more recent delivery, our son's birthday present was stolen and could not be replaced before his birthday.

They don’t help you at all! They lost my ID and the lady wouldn’t even go look to see if she had it in the back just because they where about to close

This post office is... A post office. The staff is usually wonderful. Every now and then you get a rude worker covering for one of the regulars, but that's not this location's fault.
