“Great serviceWe bought a recliner and about a month later we had a problem with it. I called, and they sent someone to pick up the chair.That after noon, they brought it back so I would have a recliner. They informed me they had ordered a replacement part, and when it came in, they would pick it up and install it and bring it back.They picked it up at 8:30 this morning and at 1:30 this afternoon they brought it back.It was not an easy fix, but they did it super fast, and there is no way to tell it was even worked on.Thanks for taking care of this old guy.Great job...”

“Update: 3 years later and this is still one of the best purchases I've ever made. It is a joy to be in this bed morning and night. Do yourself a favor and go see Mark and Ashley for a new mattress.I was hesitant about buying a mattress from a brick and mortar store. I haven't always had good experiences at mattress stores. There are also so many online options now. However, we made the trip into the store and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Mark and Ashley talked to my wife and I about our sleep needs: what kind of mattress we currently owned and what we liked or disliked about it. Ashley then showed us mattresses based on the conversation. She was very patient as we moved around the store looking for that Goldilocks bed that wasn't too soft or too firm, but just right. With her guidance we were able to find the perfect bed. Mark arrived promptly within the delivery window and went above and beyond by helping move our old set upstairs. We are now laying in our new bed and I couldn't imagine buying a mattress online. There are so many variables you really just need to go in and lay on the beds and talk to an expert. It's all in the name! Best sleep ever!”

There was a power surge at my house when the power was turned back on which caused my refrigerator and freezer to stop working.I went to Conn's didn't hesitate to let me get a "new refrigerator. Delivered it and halled off the damaged one.This is my second time buying from Conn's, and "they always make me feel special."I'll tell everyone about my experience, on a scale from 1 to 10 Conn's is a "20!!"”

“Nice shop full of lovely farmhouse style decor and furniture, as well as gift items! On the pricey side, but good quality. Staff was friendly! A couple sections of the store are only accessible by stairs; just 5 steps, but still cuts off part of the store for those who require a ramp due to a disability or, in my case, browsing with a sleeping baby in a stroller.”

“They always have a lot of stock in order at this location they were a little unorganized they were stocking up so I'll give them credit for making sure that they have plenty of stock available moving forward I'm going to this location a few times they have majority of the things that they would usually have some things that they don't have are probably sold out because they're super popular I guess we have tiktok and Instagram to thanks for that.”

The personnel there was great, from showing the type of furniture we would purchase, to the front office getting the paperwork ready, discussing the financial options, and getting the delivery/set up for us, as well. I would personally recommend anyone who needs furniture to consider going to Ashley Furniture Rivergate area!”

“Today my wife and I went to Price Point rivergate and we were greeted by Jesse .He assisted us on purchasing furniture for our new house I have never met someone who knew his products as much as Jesse he was very professional and he was very patient with us .He answered our questions honestly and he went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted .He worked with us on the price as well . “I will say that Tina is absolutely an amazing Sales lady. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. The only issues we did have is delivery. I do think that this store should hire more people to deliver furniture. I also realize how hard it is to find good people that want to work. My furniture was to be delivered on Friday, well Friday rolls around and they told me it wasn't going to be delivered. We made such a fuss about getting it delivered because we had 5 kids sitting on the floor. They did bring a driver out and he was amazing. However, my husband and teenage son had to help him bring everything in. Again, I get it. People don't want to work. Was a good experience overall though. Just please hire more help.”
