“I have had 2 units here for a little over a year or longer. Make a long story short. Last summer started to notice things coming up missing didn't think nothing about it, again my key wouldn't work 3x in that week . That was not our 🔒. got husband to cut the lock 🔒 off opened storage and looked like all my stuff was drug out and threw back in there. Well about a month ago had some other things come up missing I called manager and they told me to file a police report. well since it's private property why wouldn't they file a report so. Therefore I didn't file a report but am keeping a eye on both units.
other than that we really appreciate them working with us when we're a few days past due on payment,
They do work with you.
Another thing is if you call to make a payment with them there is a 10$ fee charge to use your card that's crazy to me. 10$ that's kinda high”
“I would like to give the property manager Dee a huge thank you shout out!!! Dee made renting the unit simple and was very helpful with a situation having to due with rental due date. She is very kind knowledgeable and her customer service skills are amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone for those reasons as well as it being a very clean and orderly place. “I have used the Madison location since 2019. Always safe with a friendly staff (shout out to Ryan and Joni for their assistance), and the facilities are kept clean. I just moved out as the unit was no longer needed. I recommend them as a solid storage facility. Thumbs up!”

“Updated to compliment Jamie on her customer service she is awesome. I would have moved facilities if it were not for her. They raise rates to much and too often. And no security cameras in the buildings.
Since Jamie took over, things have really changed. The office is actually open when it says it’s going to be, and the level of customer service has been exceptional. Jamie is friendly, helpful, and will take time to figure out how to get you what you need. I can tell she really cares about me as a person, not just a customer. She even called me to let me know when my renters insurance needed to be updated. I really feel like she goes above and beyond in so many ways. Honestly, if it weren’t for her, I would go somewhere else because I’ve needed improvements.
Suggested improvements: I wish they didn’t raise the rates so dramatically and often. I wish they had cameras on site like other security places do. There are few cameras, and none in the buildings. And they need more than one rolling cart for an entire building.”

“Great customer service, the only issue I have is when ask if I was going to park a vehicle &you tell the kiosk no but a trailer no one's there And u park because $$$$ isn't an issue and the one guy they do got witch is very nice and courteous guy doesn't really know and puts will be towed stickers so you have to move everything until you talk to somebody other than that great great place”
