“I have had 2 units here for a little over a year or longer. Make a long story short. Last summer started to notice things coming up missing didn't think nothing about it, again my key wouldn't work 3x in that week . That was not our 🔒. got husband to cut the lock 🔒 off opened storage and looked like all my stuff was drug out and threw back in there. Well about a month ago had some other things come up missing I called manager and they told me to file a police report. well since it's private property why wouldn't they file a report so. Therefore I didn't file a report but am keeping a eye on both units.
other than that we really appreciate them working with us when we're a few days past due on payment,
They do work with you.
Another thing is if you call to make a payment with them there is a 10$ fee charge to use your card that's crazy to me. 10$ that's kinda high”

She is very kind knowledgeable and her customer service skills are amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone for those reasons as well as it being a very clean and orderly place. “Great customer service, the only issue I have is when ask if I was going to park a vehicle &you tell the kiosk no but a trailer no one's there And u park because $$$$ isn't an issue and the one guy they do got witch is very nice and courteous guy doesn't really know and puts will be towed stickers so you have to move everything until you talk to somebody other than that great great place”
