When I started the process, Jay helped me over the phone and then online to complete my rental. Now that I no longer need the unit, both Taylor and Brandi assisted me with an easy closing of my account. Facility was well kept and very easy for me to access my unit when needed. Very helpful, but I’m not 100% sure my vehicle is in the right spot. Would have been nice to have a map or something visual that could specify my spot outside.
