Very helpful and friendly. Only 4 stars because I have first net and it seems to be more complicated to deal with unless you call first net directly even though its part of AT&T.

If I could give a 0 for this review I would. I have been with ATT then First Net for over 10 years. I did the Samsung trade in and Jordan my sales rep told me that the trade in would cover the entire cost of the Samsung S23+ So I got the phone and was told that all of the documents were being emailed to me. Jordan kept the tablet he was working on down under the table the entire time and in general seemed unmotivated to provide quality customer service. It wasn't a huge issue because I thought I was getting a new phone for basically free. Fast forward a week and a half later I find out that the trade in only covered $800 of the phone price. When speaking with the store manager he basically showed his entire disinterest in my complaint and said there was nothing he could do amd clearly stated that there was no way Jordan had made a mistake or lied. This store lied to me and my girlfriend in order to upgrade our phones. We clearly asked Jordan multiple times to be sure that the phone was free and since his manager stated that the phone had never been free...I can only assume that he lied to get a bigger sale. Do not go to this location. The 2 boys running this store do not care about you.

Jordon and Dakota are the best! I’ve been an AT&T wireless customer for over 15 years and have received great service throughout the years but nothing like the personal, thorough, enjoyable and professional experience I had in Greeneville, TN. These 2 associates resolved my concern quickly and provided options. Also, If AT&T doesn’t work out, the might be able to take their comedy show on the road. :-)Thanks Jordon and Dakota for making this NY Mom appreciate true Southern hospitality (and accents).

What can I say more about my experience at the AT&T store in Greeneville other than WOW! Dakota on 2 separate occasions went beyond my expectations. He was able to get all my information transferred to my new phone in just a few minutes. What an incredible customer service experience! Thank you Dakota! I hope to return for more products and services in the future.

This store and Julia B is ridiculous. I walked in with cash to buy 2 new phones, a tablet, and a wifi box out of pocket. I was talked into not doing that for an $800 rebate on an old phone, turned in at a certain time. After following Julia's directions, I lost said $800 because she messed. I call for her help and she calls me a liar. Offers no help. So, she lied to make her sales then the heck with the family she was suppose to help. I should have stayed with Verizon. I left them after 18 years for AT&T internet.... my mistake

After facing several issues in switching wireless carriers, I ended up having to come to the physical location for assistance. The staff was friendly and was able to correct all the issues I was having. In knowing that my experience was going to take time, I asked Julia to assist other customers ahead of me. She did assist the other customers, but continued working on transferring the phone numbers from my previous carrier. I will happily return if I experience any further issues.

Will never be using this service ever agin!!! I traded my iPhone 11 in and the 2 people who are always there Zach and Julia had no idea what they was doing! They didn’t even trade my phone in but took my phone. So I pretty much gave them a free phone they put in there own pocket instead of putting it in as a trade in! I had to come back 2 days in a row because they didn’t transfer my numbers over and I had all kinds of trouble! The one lady left right during the middle of taking care of us and didn’t say anything and the zack didn’t know what he was doing and then our bill isn’t what they told us it was going to be! They are scams for money and will rip u off in a heartbeat! Never going back! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

They are good people and down to earth but they really need more staff. Most transactions take some time and I can imagine how stressful it is on them when they have a few people waiting.

Called the place told them I was coming... they agreed... I got there and there was a note on the door that said they were on break and would be back in an hour. There was ONE EMPLOYEE at the store...so we go get groceries and come back at the specified time... no air conditioning inside... a steamy heat box... with several disgruntled folks in line, one of them an old lady with anoxygen tank... I thought she was going to die. Out of respect for the one employee and the other customers, I tried to move as fast as I could... make sure the Sim cards were good for our phones, get a couple and leave to do the rest on the phone .... then the real nightmare ensues... trying to speak to the customer service department of ATT on the phone... I was hung up on everytime I called the prepaid service by a machine that couldn't understand I was a new customer and had no account yet. The CEO of ATT must be the biggest jackass on the planet... to run a phone company and have an answering machine that hangs up on new business no matter when they call. Unbelievable. I said to he'll with it... and ended up paying the jacked bill from Verizon because ATT sucks so bad.

Every time I go up there they're very nice they help me out when I need it they answer my questions perfectly delete so I am very satisfied with AT&T store in Greenville Tennessee

Had a great experience here. Dakota and Julia were wonderful, we had a hard time getting my parents added to my plan because of some issues with their previous service provider, but Julia kept at it and got the problem fixed. Would highly recommend this store and their employees.
