Have lived here for 6 years now and this is the only place we have gotten our furniture. They have always been top notch and given us great service and great furniture! Will continue to use this furniture company hands down the Best in Greeneville!!

After a horrible ordeal with an online furniture company, that ended in litigation, my husband and I purchased a love seat for his man cave from Chayse.We loved the service we received and the quality of our love seat so much, I called Chayse back the next week and ordered an entire suite of furniture for our living room.I will only go to Badcock and deal with Chayse for the rest of the furniture we need for our new home.Great experience and best customer service I’ve had since I can’t remember.

Badcock botched our order in Aug 2022 so we asked for a refund. We NEVER received a single piece of furniture from them but they damn sure took our money. Now we're forced to dispute the charges with our bank. Badcock still has our $1100 and have not refunded us our money to this date. BAD BUSINESS.

So we went to the Greeneville store to look at sofas. Decided to purchase one over the weekend. Our sales rep Tyler was great and very helpful. He mentioned it could be Monday or Thursday when it comes in to the store and to call at 3pm Monday to check if it came in. I called early Monday to ensure that the reclining backs to the sofa were removable to fit through a doorway. The lady I talked to confirmed that and then looked on the daily manifest to see if it was coming in on the 1pm delivery truck. It was arriving Monday and she said to return after 3pm to pick up. Being 25 mins from town we paired a trip to Lowes with getting the couch. We arrive at 5:30pm and we’re told that it will take a minute to see where the couch is in the warehouse bc the scanners went down so the system didn’t show it was there “but it should be back there” in the warehouse. When we pulled around to the back of the store Tyler and another young lady told us they can’t find the couch they don’t know where it is. Tyler was still great at trying to alleviate the frustration, the young lady could definitely care less. We were told that it must still be on the truck which is no longer there and over at Johnson City. The girl called the JC store and told us it was there but we couldn’t get it until the next delivery truck comes on Thursday. She didn’t offer any other way to get the couch sooner. Also, based on the earlier phone call, we dropped off our old couch at the dump and now have no couch. When I got home I called the JC store and a sales rep there said he talked to the girl and told her he didn’t have the couch, so now it seems as though she lied to us. The JC sales rep said it went back to the NC store and delivery trucks only run on Monday and Thursday but delivery would be on Friday to our home.My husband and I have worked retail at busy, corporate stores that have done more for their customers when a bad situation falls completely on the store and not at the fault of the customer. This store apparently has no way to make an extra trip to get the couch to rectify their fault. We would have even been fine if the communication from the morning phone call made it to anyone else in the store so we could have been told not to drive in, there was a mix up. So not only did the store have lack of communication, but when technology failed with the scanners for the inventory, they didn’t double check the manifest manually, then they lied to us that it was just at the JC store and not going to NC so we could go to the JC store to pick it up if we wanted to. However, had we gone to the JC store and found out it wasn’t there we would have wasted so much time and gas. At this point it’s going to be wether the store can deliver it before we can find another couch somewhere else. They get 3 stars bc of Tyler, the sale price but the rest of the customer service is subpar especially with the young girl who works there.

Prices are fantastic and even better, Xavier at the TN location went WAY above and beyond to help us purchase items and set up delivery to help a family member with very specific needs. We had to order from several states away and he made sure we were totally taken care of. We feel like we are in good hands even though we are ordering from 2 thousand miles away for a special delivery in TN.

I recently purchased a sleeper sofa. The purchase was smooth and the store staff very accommodating.The sofa was delivered today and the experience was totally stress free. Brendan and Logan were very professional, courteous, and pleasant. I have a narrow upstairs stairway and was a little concerned that the sofa might not make the climb! Brendan and Logan, however, handled that challenging situation with total ease. They did an awesome job!Thank you Brendan and Logan!!

Badcock in Greeneville is my go to furniture store. Hannah, Andrea, and Xavier always go above and beyond. Whether I’m making a purchase or just paying my bill. Logan is always our delivery guy! He is so nice and always has a smile on his face. When we had a issue here recently Chayce and Hannah both went above and beyond to get it fixed. They did more for me then corporate did. I 100% recommend you going by and seeing them! Also we were able to build our credit by our purchases. So if your needing to build your credit I recommend doing so if you need some furniture.

I just purchased my new King bed from here and Xavier was so helpful, he was very attentive and made sure I was happy with the bed I picked. He spent time showing me several options and brands, he let me take my time and did not rush me even when I came in close to closing time. He set me up for a delivery date and time that was convenient for me and my crazy schedule, he was polite and very professional. The prices are great as well! Thanks again
