“The young man named Dave what is the guy that helped me get the belt for my Jaguar which was not an easy part to get and he also got it delivered same day to the O'Reilly's by me and I didn't have to pay for it upfront and he made it very simple and easy for me to understand and get my part so overall I am extremely satisfied with this service especially with Mr Dave who made me feel both welcome and not a idiot for not understanding everything there is to know about cars and mechanics O'Reilly's on Asheville highway is by far the best auto parts store in town or in the Tri-City area due to this man's attentiveness and friendliness he deserves more than just a raise because he is the reason I'll be going back and recommending more people to shop there so I appreciate you Dave and I hope you have a blessed day”
