Have appreciated the discounts and coupons at CVS for years. Need to keep prices down-they are high otherwise, but this is great. And u earn "points" by buying prescriptions there. Keep up the good work for consumers.

I gave them 1 star because negative stars were not an option. I quit using this CVS location a few years ago because of an experience with the pharmacist. I called for a refill on my heart medication and the pharmacist would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. Finally after about 5 times of this she answered and I thanked her for not hanging up on me again. Her response was that she never did hear me say anything. I said that it was hard to say anything when you get hung up on. She asked what I wanted and I said that I needed a refill but instead I'll settle for your name and your corporate number. She said no to both. I told her that was fine because I had a good idea who she was anyway. I'm good with voices so I went in the next day and just listened to their voices as they talked to each other. I figured out who she was. The most infuriating thing was when I called her on her rude behavior she laughed in my face. At first I expected it to be a new pharmacy tech that I was dealing with but I found out it was the head pharmacist at the time. The rest of the staff was rude also, but what can you expect when their boss acts like a child instead of a role model. I now use a CVS in Knoxville and couldn't be happier. I have told this story to people around town and they say that my experience is nothing compared to other stories.

I was in need of my medication and they put my medicine on hold. They had the medicine on hold for 3 hours. When calling to ask them about the medicine they put in on hold because they thought I transferred out when there is no where in the records that I switched pharmacies. This isn't the first complication I have had with the pharmacy. The hours of the pharmacy suck as well. The customer service is terrible in the pharmacy. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

This location has become very unreliable. They never have the prescribed meds in stock. When asked if this was an issue customers will now have to deal with the response was, well it depends on what is on the truck. When asked if I should consider that answer as a prodding to find another company to get my meds, the response was complete indifference.

Close their store on E Andrew Johnson HWY in Greeneville, Tn. With out a doubt the worse pharmacy in the entire state of Tennessee. Will be so happy when I change my prescription insurance and can use Walgreen's again.

Horrible service and rude staff. If you don't like your job helping people you shouldn't work there. I can't tell you how disappointed I am, I've always used CVs in California and decided to continue using CVs out here in Tennessee but this location was just horrible. I can't believe an employee would lie to a customer specially when antibiotics are involved. Have worked in the medical field myself and anything with antibiotics was always dealt with STAT! Leaving a pharmacist on hold for 30 minutes and hanging up ,not faxing over orders. I can't give you no stars but if I could I would!
