Normally this store is great, employees are super nice but on the night of 5/26/25, I went in to get a few things and the employee was stocking by register and when I went to register to check out you could hear the sigh that she had to get up and ring me out. Didn't greet me and when she rung up my items she literally threw them in the bag. If she doesn't like her job, find a new one. It will be awhile before I go back into this store and if I go back and she is in there, I will leave

Only bad thing about this store is the employees sit right in front of the door smoking cigarettes & you have no choice but to walk through the smoke & the inside smells like cigarettes as well.

Thank you mark the best dollar general employee ever. First he let me swap out my oil for the right one that I didn’t get. It was the same price and I only just walked outside but he didn’t give me any grief and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing what oil my car took. Then I lost a hundred dollar bill while I was there. So when I came back I was looking for it and he was helping me. He found it in the first few minutes while I was outside finishing my steps and looking around. He came outside and gave it to me. That’s some real standup stuff man I’m so grateful for you getting that stress up off me. I’d be looking all day for it. You are a rare group of people these days and I’m glad you helped me id give this place 100 stars because of marks honesty

Went in at 650 tonight and there is a Mattel promotion going on. The promo shipper was not put out but sitting in the door way to the back room, still in the box. I asked the older lady if she could put it out since the promotion is specific to the cars in the shipper. She was rude and very unfriendly. The only reason you aren’t getting a 1 Star is because the younger girl at the register was friendly and offered to pull it out. I didn’t want to start an argument between the employees so I walked out of the store without spending any money when I would’ve had the shipper been out.

You really need to teach the female working the register decorum and customer service skills. On duty 2/15/25 1648. She got upset bcz I had a few items, and was rude and impatient to me. I do not have to spend my money at the location, there are many other places willing to take my money with complaint. My family and I will no longer be a bother to this woman, in the future, our money goes to other stores that appreciate our patronage. Her attitude and behavior was uncalled for and completely out of line and inappropriate.

This store is an absolute joke! There’s product in the floors everywhere. The shelves are scattered and bare when there are boxes stacked up in the back almost to the ceiling. The employees I could hear, but not see. They are in the back room cutting up and using awful profanity repeatedly. Who is managing this place?? What in the world is going on here? Are there no regulations for these employees? This is the closest Dollar General to my house. I would love to be able to actually buy some product and get some help at this store.
I know it may be said that they just received a shipment, but there were two maybe three employees I could hear talking in the back that were NOT busy doing anything but joking around. They even turned away an older lady looking for dog food, saying they couldn’t get to it.
Corporate needs to get ahold of this situation ASAP.

Used to be a Wonderful little store and Most of the employees were friendly, now the store always so cluttered and the employees curse like sailors.
