I took a baby goat here that had an issue with its eye. The receptionist was very nice. The vet assistant was very nice as well. Dr. Harris was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly! Didn't take him long to figure out what was wrong with my little goat's eye.My first time being here but it was a very great visit! I would definitely recommend them! I do feel like their prices are also very reasonable to be such a nice facility!

They have seen my cat and two chickens. One chicken had to be put down due to being too injured due to the wind storm. The other chicken got attacked and they took real good care of her. These people are awesome and God bless yall! Thank you!

It ended being an unexpectedly sad as our 15 year old miniature dachshund as he was not eating, unfortunately the ex ray showed a large mass on his spleen. They told us two options ( thankful the honesty), we put our baby first, the ending was very peaceful. The staff and doctor were great, allowing us time to say goodbye. I would recommend them very highly. Thank you all for your empathy.

Absolutely love everyone here!! I just dropped my Boston Terrier off for his surgery this morning. I thought I’d be as nervous as my pup… We’ve been here before many times and both of us seeing a familiar smiling warm vet tech made me remember why I continue to come here… I know they’ll take excellent care of my Ollie Boy ? Their new location is perfect and they have very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend East TN Veterinary Hospital!!

Staff is friendly and they love animals. You can tell by the interactions they have with their patients. Worked us in for an emergency on a Saturday morning!

Need to get a pre purchase exam for our new 8 year old standard breed mix gelding. The call was very pleasant and they were very efficient in getting an appointment scheduled. The day of the exam Dr Dulaney called me directly and gave me a full report on the phone. He’s knowledge and down to earth demeanor made us fill very comfortable going through with our purchase! Highly recommend!!!

This is the only place in the area that I will take my animals, they want to help your animal. The veterinarians are #1, they listen and are very caring.

Had an emergency with our 12 year old Yorkie and was able to get him in immediately. The staff was amazing and the service was fairly priced. We will continue to use East Tn. Vet Hospital.

The best Vet in Greene county. My dog Trigger loves going here. I know it’s strange that a dog would love the vet haha. But when he comes in here. He gets all sorts of loving from all the girls. I say wanna go to the vet and he runs to the car. The service you get is second to none. And their prices are more then reasonable. I wouldn’t take Trigger anywhere else. Plus once you’re an established patient. You have 24 hour vet care if god forbid you need it.

Our family would like to thank dr. Alex Delaney. We had one of our family dogs 13 year old German Shepherd that needed to be put down and called East Tennessee and the receptionist without even checking with the vet told us there was nothing available and this was on a Monday and she said the only thing they had available was on a Wednesday never checked with anybody in the office And unfortunately that was very bad on her part and Dr. Delaney took immediate action and took care of the problem unfortunately we had to use somebody else to euthanize the dog that day but Dr. Delaney was more than on top of things with his practice and called us as soon as he found out about the problem. Unfortunately it was too late to take care of the animal at the time but he also took care of the problem in the office and we respect him and highly appreciate that from him. Thank you for caring.

My 13-year-old Australian Shepherd started developing symptoms of heart failure on Friday, Saturday morning I knew it was time to make the call. I was told this place would provide at-home euthanasia so she can calmly pass away in her home. They open at 8 am I started calling at 8:25 and no one would answer, I left a message stating the situation and requesting a call back. That call back never came. My poor dog. Instead of a peaceful euthanasia we got to witness a slow death, she was fully aware and i’ll never forget it. At a minimal a call back should have been made. Rip Koda.
