My experience with the staff and during my rental period was fantastic. I had to rent a car twice last month for out of town appointments and both times the employees were polite, through, and tried to be speedy with allowing us to pick up the vehicle .

I have been using this rental company for 4 years now and this branch has always went above and beyond to getting the car that I have requested let alone one very similar to the one I had originally requested at the time of getting a rental from them fast and friendly service and usually the process has never taken no longer than 20 to 30 minutes for me every time highly recommend

It was super easy to reserve a car online and then pick it up at this site--very quick and smooth process. I had no hassle at all, and the employees made it clear they wanted me to have a good experience. The car itself was awesome. Very easy return as I was able to drop it off after hours. I'll definitely be using this site in the future.

Service was excellent. I made a reservation and my car was ready at the appointed time. A quick walk around and I was out the door with no delays. Highly recommend this rental service. Same service upon returning the vehicle.

The vehicle I ended up getting was very good, but it was not the one I had requested. The interior was dirty and i have pictures of that.I made my reservation a month in advance for a minivan, but 4 days before I was to pick it up I received a call from the Greeneville location informating me that I was not getting a minivan. The man that called was rather blunt on the phone and told me they had other obligations with several local colleges and they would need them for that. I understand that if their was some prior contractual deal, they may not be able to provide the minivan, but why wait until 4 days prior to my pickup time and why was his attitude nasty?This man kept trying to find out why I needed a minivan, which really was none of his business, but I will tell you that I was driving to TX to spend the winter MONTHS there. This involved taking a lot of my clothes and small belongings that I would need in the house I am staying at. Because of the downsize in the vehicle, I was NOT able to take everything I needed so now I have the extra expense of having to buy what I should have been able to bring with me.So....1) why did I find out 4 days before leaving that I would not get the vehicle I reserved. I would assume that if that location did have a "contract" with another organization, they surely could have either called me earlier or could have tried to find me what I had requested at a different location.2) your people need to be taught what GOOD customer service is. The person that processed my rental was very nice and the person that processed my return was excellent, BUT AGAIN the man that called me about the change in my lease was a jerk and he was sitting at the check-in desk when I picked up the vehicle and he still had an attitude.Bottom line, I was extremely disappointed with the treatment I got. This debacle cost me extra money i had not anticipated nor should have. I would be hard-pressed to recommend Enterprise to other people based on my situation. I have leased from your company a number of other times and never had issues like this.

2nd time not getting the vehicle that was reserved. 1st time reserved a mid size SUV and got a Car with many appologies from then manager and the 2nd time reserved a standard size SUV and got a small SUV with no apology from current Manager. Manager told us we was suppose to be here at 9 for reservation but we was late. There was a standard size SUV sitting in the lot and said we couldnt have it because it was reserved so we asked well ours was reserved also and he said well take the small SUV or take a truck, Really, a truck with 2 teenagers and traveling to the beach with luggage and no bed cover for the truck. Never again will I rent from Greeneville, Tennessee branch!!!!! I have rented for years with Enterprise at this location but never again!

They need more vehicles. Had an accident Saturday morning( we live in Texas).Had to wait till Monday for a car. But... the staff was very helpful and friendly. They picked is up at the hotel. Facility was clean and well maintained.

Rented a Jeep Wagoneer for a family trip. It was huge. Perfect for the trip. Staff was polite and answered all my questions before I left the pick up store. Great job Enterprise

This may seem simple but the first time I got in the rent a car the windshield washer alarm came up that annoyed me because I was driving but 5 mins before mowing had to stop buy windshield fluid it was bone dry second this vehicle while comfortably nice was a nightmare on gas very bad economically

Customer service with Andrew was great and the vehicle that we rented was reliable and the price was good. The only issue was that the car was extremely dirty when we picked it up. We had to take it home and vacuum it out and wipe it down thoroughly. It definitely had not been cleaned at all after the last rental. I was very surprised because we've rented a lot of cars and they are always really clean on pick up. When we dropped off the vehicle and let them know about the car being dirty on pick up, we were told that one of the detailers didn't come to work the day we picked up so they were behind on cleaning. Seems like cleanliness, especially now, would be a main priority. Aside from having to clean the car ourselves, the rental was good.
