On 1/28/2025 saw trailer 70414 going at least 50 mph through an active school zone in Childress, Texas. I guess getting to the destination supersedes the safety of local children.

Forward truckers can’t drive almost got hit by your truck driver while I had the right away in turning lane he was coming out on side road by Dr Hyde office on Morris Blvd . Needs to be addressed and pay attention the time was 11:06 am today Aug 21

We've worked with Forward Air on close to a dozen shipments so far and we have only received top notch service from these guys. Their prices are very competitive and the staff at their different locations have all been incredibly helpful. Communication is a strong suit for them, especially compared to their competition. Special shout out to Madison F in customer service. She went above and beyond to help me and this has not gone unnoticed. More business to follow.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Forward Air Inc. My frustration stems from their deceptive practices regarding signatures and ID verification, coupled with a glaring lack of transparency throughout the process.
One of the major issues I encountered was the company's misrepresentation of signatures. I observed instances where the signature on the delivery receipt did not match mine, raising serious concerns about the integrity of their tracking and delivery confirmation systems. This discrepancy erodes the trust customers place in a shipping company.
Equally troubling was the questionable ID verification process. Forward Air Inc claimed to verify my ID during the delivery, but the lack of clarity about how this verification occurred leaves me skeptical. Transparency is crucial in such matters, and customers deserve a clear understanding of the procedures that safeguard their personal information.
Adding to the disappointment, the staff's behavior was remarkably rude. Despite my concerns, their unprofessionalism further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, my product was not delivered, compounding the overall negative experience.
Overall, my experience with Forward Air Inc has left me dissatisfied, wary of their practices, and disappointed by the rude behavior of their staff. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others considering their services, urging the company to address these issues and prioritize transparency to rebuild customer trust.

The Forward Air office in MN is trying to bill for unwarranted warehouse storage charges - they had two containers of ours to dray-strip - We were notified of cargo avail AM 8/16 and had truck there that day; being charged $400 storage - #2 container, notified 4pm, they close at 5P. Flatbed arrived 8AM next day to load - we were charged $400 storage.

Booked a FL to WA. This was delivering to an Amazon Facility. Forward Air double brokered it out to a partner carrier without telling me.The partner carrier then said they could not deliver into an Amazon Facilities because Amazon has banned them from scheduling deliveries due to poor performance.They required that I schedule an appointment. Forward Air was told about this and they provided no assistance or accountability since it was a partner carrier.We ended up scheduling one under our own SCAC code with Amazon. We forwarded all of the info to the partner carrier and they confirm via email that they received and scheduled. This was 4 days in advance.On the day of the delivery, Amazon notifies us that it was a No Call No Show. The Partner carrier decided to cancel without communication. This counted against our Amazon scorecard (not the partner carrier's or Forward Air's).We ended up having to recover with another carrier who scheduled and delivered with no issues. Not only was the shipment late (hurt our relationship with the customer) we also got a No Call No Show with Amazon (hurting our score card with them).Also, we were notified they were going to bill us storage and and special accessorial fees with the recovery truck.

Delivery driver was on the phone with his girlfriend during delivery. Scratched the hardwood floor by kicking the appliance across it. Filed a damage ticket, but no followup from management. Was told I had to file a claim with their insurance company. Terrible

TERRIBLE COMPANY, THE WORST, ZERO STAR. This company has some many problems. 1) They use different names . "Linn star transfer, inc" - Linn Str Trnsfr - In the CALL ID But look like they had so many bad reviews they are now using. "Forward Final Mile." O Foward Air Or they sold the company. Is difficult to find something from this company I will send what I found out so far and hope the owner or someone from this company can salve my problem . In yelp from 118 Reviews - 98 was 1 start . Forward Air In BBB.org Many other bad reviews Please HOME DEPOT. LG SAMSUNG or any company thinking to hire this company, please don't do it. Your company will look very bad . Try to find other delivery company. See the reviews in Yelp they still in 2022 doing a very poor job. Please don't make your customers to suffer. Find one alternative company or service. 2) PHONE - They use different phone number . To make the matter simple . 1) They received my refrigerator , oven and dishwasher from LG on 29th of June 2022 . Today is the 09th. And I still no clue when I'm going to receive the Appliences. 2) The Scheduled on JULY 7th . From 11- 3 PM. They didn't show up or call to cancel. I lost the entire day of work for nothing . 3) They scheduled for Friday from 11-3 PM . And also they didn't show up or call to cancel. I lost again the entire day of work for nothing . 4) They rescheduled to delivery Saturday. 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. No delivery, no calls no nothing . All those days the association put cover in the elevators. Is a real nightmare. The disrespect and disregards they have for the costumers. I hope someone find a solution or any help .
