I don't understand why this goodwill don't do the color of the day. They have the color tags but no color discounts.

2 available changing rooms but will not allow customers to use. Part of being a clothing store is trying on clothes. No reason not to have the rooms open at this point other than associates not wanting to help serve customers.

I stopped coming to this store two years ago as it is the worst goodwill I have ever seen and I have been to many..I am military and I have lived all over and I have never seen one this awful with mostly clothes?? Where are all the toys, furniture electronics household ect? There are other thrift stores in surrounding areas that are much better

One of my favorite Goodwill's in TN however a few things bother me.1) no sale tags ever in this store.2)they refuse to accept the discount cards.3) consistently the store plays the goodwill pitch over the speaker talking about keeping it local to help the community yet years ago they starting shipping out their jewelry to sell online for top dollar so that is greed not keeping it local.

Bargain doesn't mean a dime cheaper than retail for used items. The prices need to be done by a professional. 200$ purse for 5$ or Walmart purse 5$. I was actually very disappointed because the outside looked promising

Greeneville Tennessee is the worst Goodwill I have ever been to I wish I would have went in there before I donated to them believe me I will from now on donate to someone else they want a fortune for everything they have in the store I always thought they was a headquarters over goodwill stores but they must not be for this store will never donate another item to them the people that goes in there dont want to pay Walmart prices for used items

I routinely donate clothing and household wares at their Retail Stores, because, the prices they charge go directly to job training and placement services. The employees are polite and respectful.

My only problem with this place is them asking for donations under the guise that is for vets. Be TRUTHFUL. It is actually for the Goodwill Corporation to be able to write off these donations as charitable donations and get back millions from the government off of the backs of poor people. I rather doubt they are giving your rounded-up dollars to any vet.
