This dealership was hands down the best car sales experience i have had. Brandon was our salesman and he was great! I did not feel pressured or put on the spot with anything. He was not pushy at all and made it a peaceful experience. The general manager was also very helpful and was a straight shooter which made the whole process alot easier. Even the paperwork process with Terry was pretty smooth and easy to understand what we were signing. Highly recommend this place!

Went to buy 2021 jeep Cherokee they made a offer yesterday they wanted $ 22.495 I offered $ 20.000 plus $ 5.000.00 down waited had to call them back just before closing to find out if my offer was acceptedTalked to to the salesman he said I was approved for something never went through any paperwork yet he told me to come down asap at closing 20 miles away told him I cannot. Net day talked to the manager he said he would not have dropped the price on a car to high price away all a waste of time don’t believe anything they say never will go back there .

My “car guy” Brandon Cox got keys to let me sit in cars to see what I liked or didn’t like not expecting me to buy a car that day. Then when he found something he thought I would love he got it from another one of their lots to show it to me. I did love it! His patience and excitement at helping me find THE car was appreciated and made this usually stressful experience enjoyable. Thank you Brandon!

Warning: BE AWARE OF USED VEHCILES WITH DAMAGE AND ACCIDENT HISTORY AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2018 GMC Canyon on 9-9-23. On the day of the purchase, I was there with my co-signer, so there were two people present at the time of the contract. The salesman and finance manager were very nice. The salesman and I did a walk around the truck. I asked about a dent in the tailgate. He told me used cars have minor dents. There is nothing to worry about. That was all he said, and then he brought my attention to the inside of the truck. Myself and my cosigner signed everything, and I felt very comfortable and happy. I drove the truck for the first month, and everything was fine. On November 11, my insurance company (Progressive) cancelled my insurance while I was in the hospital. Apparently, while I was sick, they sent me a correspondence in regards to a policy update. I didn't reply, and they cancelled. I called progressive back to reinstate my policy, but had to start a new one. While starting the new policy, the agent informed me that progressive pulled a vehicle history report and the truck was previously damaged in two accidents or collisions. Progressive then determined that the vehicle was high-risk to insure and that my policy would increase by $72. I decided to pull a Carfax history on the truck. I wouldn’t have known about the accidents had it not been for Progressive telling me. The salesman at the dealership did not tell me or my cosigner about the truck being involved in accidents. I didn’t want to spend $32, 000 on a truck that was involved in accidents. Minor or not. We at least should have been told to be able to make an informed decision. Especially if they were only minor. I mean by the end of the contract and fees. I’m in this truck for $40,000. Should a consumer be able to afford and accident free car for that? I called the dealership to ask why they did not inform me about the accidents during the sale and contract. The finance manager first told me that he reviewed the car fax with me. I told him he did not. Then he changed it and said that the salesman reviewed the auto check and told us about the accidents. He reassured me that they go over this with every customer. I called my co-signer and asked if he was told about the accidents, and he confirmed that no one said anything about damage or previous accidents. Telling me about the accidents would have influenced my decision to buy it, so they never said anything. I’ve been up to the dealership, and they have not been able to give me a copy of this signed auto check. In addition to this. My check engine light came on several times since I've owned the truck. Barely three months now. I took it up to have it looked at. The check engine light pulled these codes. P0014, P0019, P0024. All very serious codes. Camshaft and Crankshaft issues. The mechanic first replaced several sensors and told me to change the oil which could cause the check engine. I did that. The check engine light came back on that same night. Same codes. The engine fan also starting turning on after I turned off the truck and when I started it. This didn't happen before. By the end of that weekend I couldn't drive my truck, and that Monday I could not start it. I had to jump the truck to get to the dealership even though it just started with the remote starter. The dealership tried to normalize the fact the the truck was having problems. Tried telling me that trucks are machines and this is normal. They reassured me that there was nothing wrong with the truck despite the check engine light codes. Basically because the truck was not having problems at the shop, nothing was wrong. A warning: PULL A CARFAX yourself. Compare it to the dealerships auto history check before you sign. Ask questions about any damage you see. They listed my truck for $34,000 with accidents and damage. The truck was drivable after the accidents so they figured it didn't matter to tell a consumer. I should have been able to buy an accident free truck for $40,000. BUYER BEWARE!!

My husband and I have been looking for a car and were exasperated because we were coming up empty after driving about 3 hours round trip and endless internet searches. We made an appointment at Carville today to look at an SUV and were met at the door by Brandon Cox. He was very quick to ask how we were and whether we needed any help. He helped us through the entire process, from the test drive to the completion of sale and made it stress free with lots of laughs along the way. If something took a little longer than expected, he came back over to make sure we knew what was going on and keep us updated. He was courteous and excited about the job he was doing and it made everything so much easier and much more enjoyable for us. We also wanted to commend Terry Setzer who was our finance manager for making things easy and the task of signing LOTS of paperwork far more enjoyable with good conversation. We really appreciated all of the help and care we received...it made it feel like home and we were so happy to support a local business. If you are in the market for a car, we highly recommend starting here first. Thanks again.

They don't want to sell Cars here... only to police I guess, since they have 7 million cruisers on standby... profiting off the taxpayer but treating them like garbage. Tried to buy a truck there twice, first time I didn't find what I wanted but it was a chore to even look at what they had. I bought a Duramax for 80k from someone else. Tried to buy a truck for my Dad a year later because he wanted a Ram... couldn't get any help the dork who showed me one with bald tires argued they were good... don't argue with the customer even if they are wrong (I wasn't he finally admitted it might have an alignment issue) We went Bristol and bought a Ram Big Horn at Friendship... save yourself the trouble... go to Friendship in Bristol.

I first want to say thank you to everyone at Carville who played a part in our purchase. I was so nervous before going, because I have bought only 1 vehicle ever in Greeneville many many moons ago and I have always said never again. After researching and researching prices and dealerships, it has always been better to go out of town. I went to Carville and I will just tell you right now, you don’t need to go out of town. My now new friends at Carville went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND and got me a deal nobody could ever pass up. I’m not exaggerating. I know for a fact no out of town dealership could’ve not would’ve made a better deal. I just want to say Thank You.
