Linda and Michelle have been the best people ever to rent from. They're so kind, friendly, helpful, thoughtful and trustworthy! They go out of their way to accommodate people. All they ask for is the same common courtesy and to keep things clean and paid before you have to pay a late fee. But they're the best place and it’s secured and always lite up. So a very safe environment.

I really love doing business with Linda! She has always helped me out and both ladies are so nice, sweet, understanding and supportive! They go out of their way to help you and I love their storage buildings. Plus when you open one up you get a free awesome lock. The price is great and I've had mine now for 5 years and I had 3 and down sized to 2. And she only went up in price once and apologized for that and it wasn't much at all. If you want a great deal with fantastic and remarkable owners choose Greeneville Self Storage on the Newport Hwy. next to Co-Op

The Staff and Service of Greeneville Self Storage are nothing short of spectacular. The unit was extremely clean upon move-in, and the staff was extremely professional and always ready to assist throughout my time. I was with Greeneville Self Storage for 2 years, and I honestly could not ask for a better experience from renting the unit to moving out. You all are truly the best!!

The management team at Greeneville's Self Storage is absolutely amazing. They work with such integrity, and each unit I've rented has been in tip top condition before move in. They take care of my precious memories for me and I'd highly recommend them any and every day!
