Stopped on here for tarps and clothesline, and the lady at the register was super. She was friendly, carried on a conversation while ringing us up, and even talked to my almost 2 year old about chickens. Wish I would have remembered her name (I wanna say Kim, maybe). She has chickens also. Super nice.

It was the first time I was in the store. They ask me just when I walked in if they could help me.
They went out of their way to help me with everything. If would like to say to all of them, God bless then all, and I will tell all my friends if they can not get what they want here in the Morristown store then go to the Greeneville store to find it. Great job guys.

This is a good place to pick up tools and supplies that the big home improvement places don't carry, or for items you intend for one-time or limited use, and don't want to pay an arm and a leg. Also great if you are on a budget, as long as you recognize that the quality not be as good as name brand or premium tools.

The staff have always been upbeat, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to patiently explain to an old man in his 70's how he didn't get overcharged in a low key and caring fashion. The store is always very clean and well organized. This is all amazing with the post covid turnover and other challenges.
